Japanese School Shoes?

I feel weird for asking this since it's probably very obvious, but I need a pair of Japanese school shoes for a cosplay and I don't know where I would buy them. It's not the indoor shoes but the ones that are worn outside when people are walking to school and such in anime.

Picture reference... I didn't know how hard it was to find good pics of people's feet on google. >_>.

And if anyone's wondering it's for a dark gumi cosplay from the song Mozaik Role.

Look for penny loafers, that is what they resemble the most IMO.

Here are a few close ones (not penny loafers per se);

Penny Loafers are what I wore and what most of my classmates wore when I spent a year in Japan. The first and last links provided by the previous poster are most similar to what I saw people wearing.
