So... Teen Titans, okay? Raven, to be exact.

I've figured out how to make the brooch and the things that go on her hands. Could someone tell me how I might make her belt? And how would I make Jinx's necklace?

For the gems on Raven's hands and broach, you could try resin casting. It's a little tricky to do (and dangerous if you don't know what you're doing with mixing toxic chemicals), but can get some pretty nice results. AmethistAngel has a tutorial on resing gem casting online or try looking up a different tutorials online. Try that and see where that takes you.
