I am caving in and joining this thread.
Here we go. Current weight: 155 Ideal weight: 120. YEAH. 35 POUNDS. LET'S DO THIS WITHOUT STARVING YOURSELF! Starting Sunday I shall bicycle for an hour, and lift weights. Must get rid of love handles and belly! o_e I will do this six days a week. Skipping Saturday because Saturday is lazy whore day where I either work or do nothing. And I will lose the pop and drink more water! >< But damn, giving up my sweets is going to be a challenge. >>' |

Height 5' 9" Current weight - 135lbs Ideal weight - 160 lbs Goal time - By next new years I lost acouple lbs oversleeping and not eating to much yesterday/today so at this rate i might only make it to 140-145 gosh. I will get it someday :P |

oh my. this will probably help remind me to weigh myself every week.
;_; only problem is my weight doesn't change much within a week, maybe per month. Starting Weight:96lb Goal:93lb x.x i need to start exercising and stop eating so much junk food. :[ hopefully i can get off my lazy butt. |

Starting Weight: (As of Sept 10)- 190 lbs
Current Weight: 138lbs Goal Weight by April: 120lbs Since it's my first time NEEDING to lose weight (I was a super active child, and always built more athletic than everyone else, so when I slowly gained weight over three-four years, I didn't realize how fat I'd gotten. At 5'6 I thought I was just boxish. Then after seeing a picture of myself I realized how bad it was and got prompt to working out. Now I'm down fifty-two pounds in five months (nothing short of a miracle. But thats what diet, cardio and strength training does for you!). I'm finally skinny again!! =D Granted, now it's time to really work on my stomach (since I still have a little bit of chub!) but I'd like to be down to anywhere in the 120 range by April for Sakuracon since I'm cosplaying a belly baring girl =D It feels so good to actually look in the mirror and not be shaped like a box!

Starting weight: 267 (September) Current weight: 245 Goal weight: ~225 I want to get my body mass down to around 200 lbs, then get back into weightlifting more seriously. My true goal will be to get to a hefty, cut 220lbs. |

Ideal Weight: 115 lbs. At a resounding 5'1", anything over 125 makes a girl look very stout. I'm starting now and hopefully for a con in September, I'll be where I want to be. |

Goal Weight: 45kg / 100lb - 5/1/2011 Current Exercise: 1. Daily 1/2 mile speed-walk to and from school 2. Run 1.5 miles, 30 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, various stretches, 15-20min of weights 3 times a week 3. Generic team sports for P.E. class Will start going to gym after school and on weekends w/ family after finals to run/bike/lift. |

Aw yeah, I'm doing this!
I'm doing a lot of challenging things for Colossal Con and Anime Punch, so I want to be close to my goal by April. WEEK 1 Start: 148 Measurements: 35-29-36 Goal: 120 Measurements: 33-26-34 (As per sophmore year) PLAN -1 gallon of water a day -Regular 2 mile run and lifting -Ab work every night. -Start running with the Cross Country team again I'm really looking forward to this!
