Let's see...I started at about 168 sometime before A-kon last year. Decided to drink less soda and by August was down to 158, been excercising since then and am now at 147 as of this morning. My goal is to be in the 130's, and then I'll see where it goes from there.

And so the week begins.
Current Weight- 140lbs (I gained two whole pounds!! TT_TT)
Goal Weight- 125lbs

I'm following Kasinator's Generic Protagonist Work Out combined with my sister's Tai Kwon Do exercises and stretches and my old swimming and gymnastic exercises.

Work Out Schedule til Sakuracon '11
Monday
GPWO- 4/5 Superset of 30 Push Ups, 10 Pull Ups, 60 Squats and 40 Dips
TKD Stretches
Gymnastics + Swim: Back, Legs and Arm Stretches

Tuesday-
45 Minutes of Cardio
Ab Work Out
Gym + Swim: Stomach Stretches
Weights

Wednesday-
5/5 Superset
TKD Stretches
Gymnastics + Swim: Back, Legs and Arm Stretches

Thursday-
40 Minutes of Cardio

Long Term Goal Weight (July?): 130 :<

Cutting out junk food and sweets helped a lot, although I give myself a cheat day once a week. I'll usually have a milk tea or something on that day 8D

=O I have cheat day too xD Sunday. Church means it's the only day I'm out during the middle of the day (during the week I'm out either in the morning or at night) and I'm a big lunch girl so hanging out with friends usually means some place cheap on a broke budget, in otherwords, DQ or Mickey D's xD

Start weight: 62 kilos (before Christmas)
Goal weight: 49 kilos
(And YES, 49 Kilos is ok, since I'm quite short XD)

Current weight: 214.3lbs (had my weigh in and assessment this morning)
Start weight: 225lbs
Goal weight: 150lbs

I work out with a personal trainer once a week and go to the gym at least 5 days a week.I started this past September and even though I haven't lost many lbs I have lost a total of about 11 inches overall my whole body.I am trying to lose the weight and build lean muscle at the same time.
I am also on a diet which I must get 100-124 grams of protein a day plus up to 35 grams of fiber a day.
I have learned from starting this "diet" that high fiber really helps shedding the lbs too.

This sounds good o3o I really would like to lose some pounds, hehe... Would make me a lot less self-conscious :3

Current weight: 190 lbs
Start weight: 195 lbs (yay! lost 5 pounds!)
Goal weight: 150 lbs

I'd like to lose by the end of August. But I'm likely to lose motivation... So I should really make a plan and stick to it! Haha.

6 week check-in:

Starting Weight: ~235-240 lbs
Previous Check-in: 207.8 lbs
Current Weight: 208 lbs ?
Short term Goal Weight: 180-190 lbs

I only put that question mark there because my scale this morning couldn't decide what number to give me. It gave me readings of 207.4, 208, 208.2, 209.4, and 209.6 that I had to get off and let the scale power down before getting each one. Then it seems to decide on 208. I'm confused.
