I began my weight loss plan on New Years Day! Cliche...
Starting Weight: 131 lbs.
Current Weight: 124 lbs.
Goal Weight: 110 lbs.

I'm 5'2" with a very small frame. I used to be very athletic and lean, but booze and snacks destroyed my figure. I've mostly cut out all junk/fast food and absolutely no more beer/liquor.

not too worried because I tend to lose weight again in the spring and summer, because I'm always inside eating during the winter. I've cut out junkfood and I don't drink soda much in the first place. It's just that some of my pants are getting a bit too tight and I want to lose the weight before I have to go up a size.

Alrighty, it's been six months. I was roughly around 250-260 in June 2010. I've lost 57 pounds since then. Woot I'm 5'3'' and I weigh roughly 190-200. Losing more every day :P A couple years of depression and constant stress completely decimated my former 140 pound body and my mind, but it's been coming back ever since I got away from that situation.

HALFWAY POINT! 8D I've been at it on and off for years, but I tend to yo-yo between 135 and 140. I gained some weight last year, so I've buckled down since New Years (lol cliche).

My all-time high was 160 and my all-time low is... now! I'm doing a costume for Detour that makes me a little nervous, so I'm working hard.

So i want to join this, just as a bit of motivation for myself, and to help support anyone else


Week 1

height : 5'10"
starting : 157 lbs
current : 157 lbs
target : 162 lbs

my goal is to lose my bit of stomach, and get muscle for comic-con
also get more muscle all around and build up my stamina and lungs again after smoking for so long.... ill post a pic at some point so i can display changes because its a bit of a road for me.

Oh yeah, I was thinkign of starting a thread similar to this but I seen this one so I don't need to.

So basically I've been excersizing for 3 months, not dieting, but basically watching what I'm eating, cutting fast food, sweets, soda. Only having soda maybe once or twice a week, or once or twice a month. Atleast the past month it's only been about once or twice that month.

Every week or two me and my bf cheat and have fast food or pizza or some thing, but the next day we kick our butts at the gym.

About 3 month marker.

Starting weight: 175 lbs (I have no clue how I gained 15 pounds...I was 160 before I started working out)

Current Weight: 171 lbs

Goal Weight: 130 lbs (but if I want to lose more weight when I get there I want to go down to 120 or 110)

In all honesty, I think I've lost about 10 lbs in fat because a lot of my clothes are getting loose on me and I'm quite certain I've gained muscle weight. I'm starting to get definition on my arms, my shoulders, my stomach, calves thighs.

Also, my mom just bought me a new pair of pants and they're loose on me! My normal size. I do measure myself with a measuring tape also. I've lost 2 inches on my waist, I think my waist was 33 in and I'm down to 31. I forget what my hips were. But I've lost about and inch or 2 off my tummy!

I'm thinking of implementing some weight loss supplements, not diet pills, but either vitamins or some thing that's all natural. I've take a lot of different diet pills and they're not good for you, plus most of em don't work. I usually only lose 10 pounds every time I've taken one and it's only water weight.

I really want to get to 130 or lower by the summer so I can wear a bikini! That's my goal!

Remember that a scale is not a good way to check weight loss, unless you get a scale that can measure your actual body fat and muscle, that a normal scale just shows all that together. You can get a digital scale like that at wal mart, I'm planning to get one once I start working.

This! So much this!! I'm wearing jeans I wore over a year ago that I wasn't comfortable in then, very comfortably now. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is. And needing a complete new wardrobe every 6 months >.< MONEEEYYYY OUCH
