So, I think I gained four pounds or so during my vacation but I seemingly got rid of it overnight because I've been trying to work it off before I got sick and took a 2 day workout break and up until last night I was 230 but I just now weighed myself after getting back on track and lost 3 pounds in one night. ?.?
Anyways, I've altered my workout a bit.
I do at least five songs on DDR (light mode) which generally burns around 100 calories.
Alternate gym games on Your Shape: Fitness Evolved until I get an achievement. Which, today, I earned the burn 1000 calories achievement
From here on it's 200 calories a day before I get achievements. Which means I'll probably also up my DDR to 10 dances a day
