Goal: Not weight related!

Working towards general health and fitness. No single big change (beyond committing to get it done.) The rest has been a series of small changes combined with some education.

Changes:
No Pop / No Juice
Lots and lots of water
More protien. Protien at every snack/meal. (No, not talking about Atkins extremes!)
More fibre.
More veg. and fruit.
Never eat a meal when you're hungry! (Eat a snack, preferably protien and wait 15-20 before having your meal! --- It works!)
Tracking tools (calorie-count.about.com, etc.)
Education
Reduced/watching simple carbs > Replace with Complex carbs to help
Eat snacks (stomach never empty)
Portion Control / Pre-planning / Pre-portioning -- A little extra prep work makes life easy later!
Excercise

I love what I'm doing. I love what I'm eating. I just don't want to eat that bad stuff anymore. Because I've carefully chosen all the good stuff I eat now. I eat better. I'm not hungry. I'm less tired. I chose my fitness activities. So it's not so hard to make myself go because I enjoy it. Sure sometimes it's a chore to work out. But if it's something you love doing, it's a whole lot easier.

If you've ever had your doctor say to you: "Eat Less / Exercise More." They are WRONG! It's one tiny little error, but it makes a WORLD of difference!

It should be: "Eat BETTER / Excerise More."

How many times have felt you've been good all day long, only to come home and turn into some kind of ravenous fridge and cupboard raiding monster? Truth is, you were probably not taking in enough of the right things during the day. So when you came home, your body went into full-on craving mode because you starved it all day long!

Starting weight : if I remeber correctly I was between 269-270...
Weight Lost: ... Haven't weighed myself
Goal weight : 200- 150 pounds

But lately .. I have been cheating on myself with foods.. what should I do .. every time my parents and I go to the store we always buy pop .. I have been trying to break myself away from pop by drinking, milk, gatorade or water .. but if I go to Burger King or some where to eat I order Diet Pop .. How can I curve this craving for it and My other problem is portion control .. I have tried also just drinking gatorade and eatting Peanut Butter ... that didn't work ... What should I do ....

Good news though is My family is joining the local Community center the first of the month to help with exercising and things.

Have til May to get to this weight so I can work on the bodice and skirt for blood elf. And had agreement with my dad telling me he will buy me a whole new wardrobe since i have no pants that fit anymore

Been working out 5 days a week and not as much as I use to and avoiding fast food places. Days I don't work out I walk a lot and soon will have Kinect and be using that every day too
