Start weight -235 Current weight-225 Goal-185 long term goal-175 I think stopping all my old high school track stuff may have caught up with me. Once I hit 175 or so I may start going for muscle mass. I'm not sure yet. |

Current Weight: 234lb. Short term Goal Weight: 225lb. A 6 pound loss. Woo! Most of that was within the last two weeks since I was like, "it's halfway through the month and I haven't done anything so far and I have two different weigh-ins for the month!" |
