Start weight and date: 245 lb. January 1, 2011
Current weight and date: 234.5 lb. May 3, 2011. *sad face* I wanted to be down 40 lbs by now and working. That means I only have 3 months to lose 34.5 lbs. I don't know if I can do it... Time to kick butt and get going!

Ten pounds (and a half) is nothing to feel bad about! If you don't think you've accomplished something go to the grocery store and stack up ten pounds of butter. It makes a pretty big pile.

Subtarget weight: 195 lbs.

Target weight: 114 - 130 lbs.

At first I wanted to lose 30lbs, but upon realizing a healthy BMI is quite a ways away, I decided to take it easy and say, "hey. 5 lbs at a time."

My HMO has a weight management program that is WAY more in depth than any online program I've done so far. So, I will move down in baby steps, 5 lbs at a time!

I seem to be slacking a bit. XD

Doesn't help that all I've been doing this past week is napping, binge eating sweets and carbs, and studying for finals. I really need to get off my behind and allot some time for exercising.

Switching over to my less precise analog scale in a couple weeks so there will be a slight discontinuity, especially since I can begin measuring in the nude; been using my friend's digital scales and body fat percentage analyzer since week 1, but he'll be studying abroad for a few months. Goal remains the same regardless, unless my lean body mass goes up significantly.

Okay, not much of a change, but I'm getting there. I had a problem last week where some idiot bumped my car, and I got a slight case of whiplash, which means I had to take it easy. But now, it's getting better.

I don't want to sound rude or intrusive, but 90lbs would be an unhealthy weight for your height, so be careful.
