Started the 17 day diet a few days ago, and I've already dropped 3.5 pounds since I started. Can I ideally hit 250 by Acen in 15 days? We'll see! I'd be happy with 255 by then honestly.

i'd say you're good where you are now as far as weight, maybe just eat more healthy foods and be active. some people just don't have a "girly" bone structure (i don't), and losing that much weight isn't going to necessarily give you that shape. if you want to cut down on body fat and don't have problems with arthritis or anything like it, start with walking and jogging and work up to running a couple miles a day. with summer coming maybe you can swim laps at your local pool or get a gym/health club membership, since swimming is very low impact but a great cardio workout. this is what i do for my cardio during summer, since i have knee problems and can't run, and i have no issues with getting rid of the small amount of extra fat i put on over winter. just be really careful and don't starve yourself trying to get down to an unrealistic weight

so, after fairly serious garden work (digging out roots and turning soil) and feeding myself a little extra protein, i have gained a noticeable amount of bicep in the last couple weeks. the last time i measured was years ago, my upper arms were the same as my forearms at 9 inches - yes i am tiny and have an extremely small bone structure. i measured this week and am up to 10 1/4 WOOT! i'd like to get up to 12 but i don't think that's entirely realistic. still, progress is progress no matter how small ^_^

Ah, this is a great thread! I would really like to tone up and lose a little weight for skimpy cosplays in August, so I will start weighing in on mondays.
