I'm new to this site in terms of posting much and for the last 2 weeks have been working out and eating healthy food. I wanna get in shape and gain some muscle. Here are my stats:
Height: 5'7 Weight 165 pounds What do people think of that weight? Also Im 23 and I know Im short for a guy xd

Age: 23 Starting Weight: 315 Last Weigh-in: ~305 to 307 Goal: 210 or less, but 250 is probably more likely, and I'd be happy with that. From what I've heard I should be around 174, but I highly doubt I'll ever be that thin again. I really need to get serious about this, though. I've been doing Wii Fit (which does help) every night but haven't been too good with anything else. I've also been watching what I eat better-- though it's usually not a matter of what I eat because I don't eat much junk food, I prefer veggis and such, it's how much I eat that's my problem. My mother and I are working on losing weight together, so that helps. She's on Weight Watchers at her work she's been bringing me information on it. I've got a points calculator but I need her to show me how to use it, and we both need to get started. Heh. We also need to start walking more... Current: 188 Goal: 110 - 130 ish. So apparently, the scale in our bathroom is lying to me. It told me I weighed 195 (when I was only wearing a towel), and at the doctor's office, it told me I weighed, 188. So. Obviously I am in need of a new scale! xD

I'm currently back to 234.5. Started at 245, and my goal is 225, then 210, 200, and eventually 175 lb. |

At Anime Expo 11... I asked people if they would pose with a Cosmo magazine. To my pleasant surprise, many said yes. These are the videos. This sounds like a really good idea! it's a funny coincidence that i came across this thread because i'm currently on a team with some coworkers for the Weight Loss Challenge at my work.
I have a small fitness room at my apt complex, and i try to go there 4-5 times a week. for those that i don't feel like going to the fitness room, i try to use my WiiFit (the 30-min jog and Super Hula Hoop). I know my biggest problems are snacking and portion control. here are my stats: Height: 5'8" Current weight: 218 (as of 5/20) Starting Weight: 229 (4/22) 1st weigh in: 222 (5/6) Target weight: 200 (for now) |

Last time I weighted, I was about 175 pounds but kind of stuck in that area now. I went from between 197-194 to 175. That is good but not enough. Now is probably time to work even harder and eat even healthier. I had a vegetable stir fry today.

Oh n one last thing, before you say "oh your weight is perfect! Blah blah" I'm fine with weight but I have a lot of belly fat D: like my waist is like 32-ish n I want to get down to like 28inch
