Figured I'd post in here too haha.

Starting weight:103
Height: 5'4"
Goal weight: Just stay the same or gain a bit of weight. xD

I'm very tiny in general, and even though I eat like I fat kid, I don't gain weight. >.o People call me anorexic or bulimic all the time and its frustrating. Personally, I think I look fine as is or could use to gain a couple pounds because on my birthday (June 11th) I went to Denny's with a friend of mine and over ate and felt like a total fatass. xD Right after, we jokingly got on the scale after. Well, I only weighed 104. >_>; Yeeeah.

So I'm sorta using this thread in the opposite way it was intended haha. ^^;

So I am about to sign myself up for weight watchers online. Im guessing meetings are not part of the online program since I def dont have time to go due to my job.

SO here it goes.
Heigh 5'6"
Start Weight 225
Goal Weight 150 ish

I think I can lose 70lbs I just pray that I can stick to this program is all. I am having such a hard time just giving up sodas. *crosses fingers*

Body fat % lost : Started @ 26.9% --- 23.4% as of today.

Start weight: 150lbs (March 2011)
Current weight: 135lbs (as of last Thursday)
Goal weight: 120lbs (I hope to be there by mid August)

Believe it or not, I worked at a gym for 2 years, but put on a good bit of weight. Not really sure how (I'm willing to bet the stress of graduating college had a big part in it), but I did. In March I started to work out more serious, and then I met a trainer who has actually been a huge help to me (in fact, she's now one of my closest friends). My BMI finally went into the 'acceptable' range for my height, something I'm very excited about.

So I've decided to lose some (read: alot!) weight in order to do a cosplay in May, giving me 9 months to shift roughly 9 stone. Although idealy I'd rather not lose it but shift it over into muscle...we shall see what happens!

Oh jeez haven't posted here in a long time.

Goal Weight : Wherever I land at 15%-18% BF.
Last time it was a fluke, I shouldn't trust that handheld body fat checking thing. D:

I've been working out and doing my cardio but my diet has been slacking lately, so I gotta pick myself up.

Ive been slacking off, horribly. I've downloaded a few apps to my phone to start keeping track of my calorie intake. And I just bought a cheap pedometer to track my walking at work. Want to try and get in 10,000 steps a day at work. Ive set my calorie goal at 1800 calories a day. We'll see how that works for a few weeks.

Sadly I don't think I can physically lose any more weight (I'm very muscular because I'm a martial artist), but luckily it's easy to maintain my weight because it's been at a plateau for a year.

Did you try green tea?? Drink 3 cups a day. If you can't there are green tea pills. I was stuck at 153-150 for the LONGEST time. I started taking the pills 3 times a day and dropped to 145 in a week. Working out and everything else also.

I need motivation, so maybe posting here will help. I'm 5' 3" but big boned, so I don't want to be too small. Eating healthy has already helped. I just need to start exercising better... And buy scales...
