Alright, I need to get myself involved with losing weight as much as possible... I've lost a little weight thus far, but not nearly enough to keep me satisfied.

Start weight: 197ish
Current weight: 191.6
Goal weight: 165-170

I've finally hit the 40 pound mark! And it's looking like it's coming off at a good pace. I cannot wait for the scale to go under 250.

Its entirely possible that its because your gaining muscle. Often you'll lose a decent amount of weight (5-10 lbs) fairly quickly, and then notice that you gain four pounds, although you haven't changed the habits that are causing you to lose weight. It's just muscle gain most likely.

I'm heavy but I don't look big... more like medium and no love handles (Woot! x3).
I was 150 lbs 2 years ago but due to stress from classes I haven't been able to
work out and really let myself go. It wasn't until this year that I almost got to 200lbs which
really freaked me out so I started being active again. Besides that, it's summer, no classes, new animes and new cosplays to work on.

Ok so my first attmept to lose any sort of weight has failed...perhaps I have to stop eating some more of the stuff I like...and work out more. (trust me it is not muscle I have gained)

being that my new medication has a side effect of weight gain and that i keep eating too many bacon wrapped hotdogs, my weight has gone from 135 to 146 it doesn't seem like alot but its starting to make it hard for me to fit in my jeans and some of my cosplays DX
and my doctor said im "overweight" even if its by a few pounds, i really want to have the weight that i had a few months ago~

Day 1 of Week 1
Height:: 5'2-3
Starting weight:: 146lbs
Current Weight:: 146lbs
Goal Weight:: 130lbs by Comic Con NY/New York Anime Festival (Start of October)

Another little bit down! Mondays are great when I see the scale still moving. And I had a couple days this past week where I ate more calories than I allotted myself (that half of my Reese's Blizzard was staring me in the face at work that day, I swear!) I get mad at myself when I go over my 1700, but it's a lot lower than my BMR, so if I do screw up a little bit, I'm not suffering too much.

Last weigh in (July 14)-256
Today: 254.5

It's looking like I'll be able to hit 250 here in a couple weeks!
I'm thinking about posting some progress pics as well, and see if there's any difference between now and 20 pounds ago.
