My last post was in march and after that I hadn't made much progress.

In June I had a checkup, weighed in at 226 or so.

I decided I was going to keep a blog of my eating habits and exercise and weight loss/gain.
It's worked out well for me. Along with that I use excel to keep track of my monthly weight shifts. I weigh in every day on wii fit so the next time I post might be in a couple months.

Starting weight 228
current weight 218
goal weight 150
long term goal 130

Don't get discouraged. If you don't let yourself go once in a while, you end up not being happy at all. Just say to yourself "Hey, I screwed up. It's time to get myself back on track." and go with it!

I lost transportation, and I'm sick of the same neighbor hood so I don't run a lot, my rooms a mess so I can't dance, and even if i wanted to run around the 'hood, it's too hot. Along with this I have a lot of food allergies, and a lot of my allergies are to healthy foods! (broccoli, nuts, bananas, sesame seeds, etc.)

NO, NO, NOPE! I'm just making excuses... I fail at this... -.-'

First ten pounds I lost pretty much by accident (low on money so ate little), but I've finally gotten my butt in gear and have been losing steadily.

I'm not too serious about losing weight, just letting it happen as it comes (which it has been, since I've started on wellbutrin and have depleted my food income significantly with the purchase of a costume >.>). Still, I'd like to be a lot more toned and in shape if I can, so that's more my goal than anything else.

Finnialy down to 165 lbs @ 20% body fat.

want to get down to 10% body fat by Onicon in 3 MONTHS.

thats about 3.3% per month. or 5.5 pounds of fat loss per month.

im going to try super hard naruto style. Wish me luck!
