Special mid-week weigh-in!
Hubby and I did hydrostatic weight and RMR tests today to get a more accurate, fuller picture of where we should be in goals. The guy there said that under 20% is definitely a good goal for me for body fat, and I'm not too far off from achieving it. It was also helpful for getting some good numbers to shoot for regarding protein intake and the like.
Current weight: 132.5
Current PBF (ACCURATE!): 22.71% (my scale's about 2% off for me apparently, which makes sense since it mostly measures the legs, and that's where women accumulate fat)
Current lean body mass (what's not fat): 102.79 lbs
Resting Metabolic Rate: 1699 calories/day (fairly faster than average for my height/weight/age, but I've been working out a lot)
Goal (slightly revised)
Weight: 130 lbs
Percentage body fat: 18-20% (20-22% on my scale)
Lean body mass: 105-110 lbs
So close I can taste it!
