Haven't posted in here with any updates, but I figure this should be my last since I've reached my target weight loss goal.

Starting weight: 168 lbs.
Current weight: 142 lbs.
Goal weight: 145 lbs.

So I actually went a little bit lower than my target goal, and I am fine with that. Right now just currently focused on getting my stoamch flattend and the abs to show and also focusing on weight lifting more so that now my weight doesn't bother me if it goes up or down as long as the body looks good.

Whee progress!

Start weight: 137 lbs
Start PBF: ~30%

Goal weight: 130 lbs
Goal PBF: Consistently under 20% (my scale's better for general progress than actual numbers)

Last Weigh in: 135.8 lbs
Last PBF: 24.8%

Current Weight: 132.4
Current PBF: 24.6%

Kind of an up and down week due to the results of our anniversary celebration and a certain regular occurrence that *always* causes me to gain 3 pounds, but once all that was done, it ended up definitely down.

Special mid-week weigh-in!

Hubby and I did hydrostatic weight and RMR tests today to get a more accurate, fuller picture of where we should be in goals. The guy there said that under 20% is definitely a good goal for me for body fat, and I'm not too far off from achieving it. It was also helpful for getting some good numbers to shoot for regarding protein intake and the like.

Current weight: 132.5
Current PBF (ACCURATE!): 22.71% (my scale's about 2% off for me apparently, which makes sense since it mostly measures the legs, and that's where women accumulate fat)
Current lean body mass (what's not fat): 102.79 lbs
Resting Metabolic Rate: 1699 calories/day (fairly faster than average for my height/weight/age, but I've been working out a lot)

Goal (slightly revised)
Weight: 130 lbs
Percentage body fat: 18-20% (20-22% on my scale)
Lean body mass: 105-110 lbs

So close I can taste it!

Has Wii Fit Plus been helping you much? I really need to get better at it. While I've been losing weight I've really been slacking off on Wii Fit (I just have the regular version). With two other people here who watch the TV that the Wii is connected to, and one who watches it all day, it's been difficult finding time to do anything with it. And I usually don't feel like doing much at 11 o'clock at night.... >>;;

I noticed I was really gaining weight by the end of the school year (due to stress eating), but during the summer I managed to take off some weight. My goal is to achieve my ideal weight by Anime Expo 2012 ;D

starting weight 130lbs im 5'3 lost 5 lbs from last weigh in now weigh 123lbs ya! goal weight 110, 13 more lbs
