Second Weigh In!

Starting Weight: 265
Last week:259
Current weight: 256.4
Goal Weight: 145-150

I switched over to a vegetarian diet at some point this week, I just couldn't eat meat anymore lol, but it seemed to help a bit and I find myself liking the vegi-meat a lot better lol. Also it was very easy to stay under the calorie goal on this new diet so I had to make sure to meet the day's calories. See ya'll next week and good luck!

Third weigh in, this week I only lost one pound But at least I'm still going in the right direction! I was always told that you would lose a lot at first and then it would plateau out and it would slow down to just 1-2 pounds a week, but I was hoping with my work outs that it would be at least 2 lbs. Oh well, at least it's going down and not back up! And I still have seven weeks to get to my goal weight (well at least get close to it, I'd prefer to be below 140)

Problem is, I have a lot of muscle on me (you would never guess my weight) because I am a former competitive soccer player for about...10 years. And I went through training every season (a lot of fitness and cardio then drills) and my waist atm is 30 inches (which is average) so I'm not too sure how much more should be lost. It's mostly the number that scares me.

Weight lost since last week: -3 lbs.
Total amount of weight lost: 4 lbs.

I gave myself some leeway and let myself eat more and I didn't get enough exercise because I had my wisdom teeth removed. I really wished that I could have relaxed instead of working and doing house work so I could've healed a lot faster. Now I have to work super hard this week to lose the pounds!

Took some time off about 3-4 weeks off and have been fluctuating in weight between 170-175lbs for a few years. My normal BF% Range ≈ 10-11%. Though if I'm focusing on lowering it/ keeping it low it's usually around 8%.

Height= 5'10" (maybe 5'11" been a while since I was measured)

I didn't check in last week, but my weight did go back up to 201. And I spent the last couple of weeks in the hospital with my dad, so I didn't get any exercise there, though I tried. I was worried that the crap hospital food would do me in, but apparently it didn't that much. Yay!

Really, for a place that's supposed to be invested in keeping people healthy, they sure have a lot of fried foods.

I lost two pounds this week! This is great to see, it's very positive looking for me. Only ten more pounds to go and six weeks to do it in! (Well as long as I hit 140 by metrocon I'll be close enough to my goal that I'll be satisfied, I'll continue working out afterwards)

I love seeing the posts in this thread, because it's just great positive reinforcement, to see a physical copy of the progress everyone is making! Keep it up everyone, you can reach your goals if you work hard enough for it

About 9 weeks in, 8 lbs lost. Slowly getting there. Next couple weeks are going to be hard since I'll be at home studying for finals and not moving much. After that, another couple weeks of staying at home, hopefully doing an exercise routine.

I'm back on track now! After a week of pretty much no exercise it was great to workout again even though I got tired easily. I made sure to stay on track with how many calories I ate. My goal for this week: eat more vegetables and protein.

It so exciting to have lost 8 lbs in just 6 weeks! I'm almost to the point that I can say I've lost 10 lbs! I'm still 27 lbs away from my goal weight, but I'm slowly getting there. The worst part about it now is eating more and more healthy foods and less unhealthy foods. I have to say though it is so much easier now than at the beginning.
