I've been having really weird spikes in weight recently, but...
starting weight :156lbs goal weight: 125lbs weight lost : 7 lbs

First check-in...
Starting weight: 163 Current weight: either 164 or 160, depending on the scale you ask First goal weight: 147 So I'm confused and upset at the moment. I was eating much better this week and exercising, and if you ask one scale I actually put on a pound along the way. And no, there's no way it's muscle. And yet according to the scale in my room I've definitely lost weight. |

Current Weight:Well I just started... 153. Goal Weight:Anthing below 153. Although I hope to get: 140. Then see what to go down to from there. ============== Extra Details: Age:14 (I will be 15 this July 4th! Yay!) Height:I am 176 CM, or 5.9 Feet. ============== Why am I doing this? I want to do this because, I am very self concious. Losing weight would make me feel alot better about myself. It also has a small thing to do with when I make my cosplay I don't want to lose/gain weight. So I want to lose the weight and stay there. It will be hard... I may or may not have ate my will power awhile ago.... (I shall tell that story next week!*

So I haven't been on here in forever...but here it is:
Starting Weight: 160 lbs Current: 140 lbs (I've been working on it since January...so it's not like I did it in two weeks). Goal: I dunno, haven't really decided, but 130 would be nice. Maybe 120. |
