12th weigh in:

Starting weight: 160
Previous weight: 148.5
Current weight: 143
Goal Weight: 125


Weight lost since last weigh in: 5.5 lbs.
Total amount of weight lost: 17 lbs.

I haven't posted on here in a while... I'm so psyched about the weight loss! Its been intense trying to exercise and eat healthier for the past 3 or 4 months.

Starting weight: 192 lbs (beginning of June)
Current weight: 173 lbs
Goal weight: 150 lbs
Weight loss: 19 lbs

Previous measurements:
39.5 (bust)
30.5 (waist)
41 (hips)
Height: 5'5"

Current measurements:
39.5 (bust. after almost 20 pounds by bust hasn't gone down at all.)
30 (waist, although this was taken a couple weeks ago, might've gone down)
38 (hips, best decrease here )

Hardly any exercise and an extremely annoying diet later... almost 20 pounds. Mostly so I'm not pre-diabetic anymore, but I'm definitely happy about losing some weight.

Current weight: 168 lbs
Goal: lose 10 pounds of fat.

I'm at around 15% body fat, I need to lose that fat so I can look ripped.

And to think just over 3 years ago I was 220 pounds! I went from 220 to 150 in about 6 months.

I thought so too but my docter says it's ok since I keep getting taller. Just last week I was 5'5"

You're right that it sounds normal, cause even my wii fit says I'm at a healthy weight, but if you saw me, you would see I do have quite a bit of baby fat. I'm not saying I'm huge cause that would be over dramatic, but I could be smaller

Can I join ?

I was 5"1' and looks like i have stopped growing. My heaviest record is 169 lbs and it's last year. I was 152,5 lbs yesterday and today I'm 151,4 hahahaha. I want to lost moreeeee... my goal for this month is 143 lbs. Wish me luck! I'll take progress picture and after i reach my goal, I'm gonna post it here.

Height: Nearly spot on 5 feet if not 4"11'
Starting Weight: 240-ish
Current Weight: ...234pounds....>.>
Goal weight: Skinny. Not so much that I can see my ribs or anything, but around that general area! So about average weight?

I've lost around 10 pounds I think, so here's to really hoping I shed some more! ^_^ (oh, and I hope you all reach your goals, too! )

BMI is B.S. because it doesn't count your bones, organs, muscles, etc.

Baby fat is OK, seriously, we need to have fat to survive. If you want to be skinnier, then go for it, but I think you might end up with an unhealthy amount of fat (and by that, I mean too low).

I have some fat and I just kind of wave my hand at it, really. :P It's there, everyone has some fat. I'm totally okay with being 'overweight' because my amount of fat is okay, I don't have too much, and I have a wide frame, so there's areas where my bones stick out even though I weigh 173 lbs. No joke.

I hope you're doing it for yourself and not for others, though!

Oh, I would never do it cause others told me too. I'm doing it because I am tired of being lazy and not enjoying cosplay because I get tired too easily. I'm not doing it to get skinny as much as healthy and happy

As it turns out, I weighed myself and I'm actually 225.4ish, less than I thought, and since the last time I weighed myself! I'm going to keep working at it, and did a rough estimate. If I kept up my work outs and cut down on portions, ate more fruits and so on, I may be around 190 by December *insert happy cheers and tears* Now, it's just a matter of keeping it up and not falling off of the wagon like I've done in the past ;_;
