Lets see... this is kind of embarassing but keep in mind I'm 5'9" and do not have a small frame.
January 31 2013 215 lbs -my absolute heaviest and I was ashamed of how I looked. I even considered hanging up my cosplays for good! (People can be so mean)
August 16 2013 185lbs - Simply by eating healthy and exercising and now I'm beginning to have confidence.
total deficit 30 lbs
goal weight 165 lbs and maintaining it. That's a healthy weight for my height and bone structure. 20 more to go!

Current measurements: 32-26-36

I'm working on recomping because I'm at a healthy weight, trying to reduce body fat and waist size instead. 18-20% BF is "athletic" for women, so it's an attainable goal. Sure, looking like a fitness model would be cool, but I'm not that crazy about it.

So far I've been increasing protein intake and doing a light bodyweight routine in addition to swimming and jogging. I'm trying to convince my SO to go to the gym with me to do heavy lifting, because I'm too chicken to start on my own.

Goal: atleast 120-125.

I'm short, exactly 5 ft tall so I really wanna try and lose weight >.< and be within my weight range. Started back up in march, and I lost a great amount of weight. Just gotta try and tone up my stomach a bit more

yay, I have pretty similar goals. just to lose some belly fat and tone up without losing weight. I'm not measuring weight or bf or inches, I think if I had a few days without improvement I'd likely get discouraged and give up. Instead I'm just trying to judge my progress based on how I feel and how my clothes fit. Maybe instead of weigh-in we should call it a progress report. My progress so far:

I don't see a lot of change visibly, but certain exercises that were very difficult to keep up with are starting to get easier. My flexibility is coming back. Stamina is improving - I can get through a whole half hour routine, at the beginning I usually had to stop 3/4 in because I was crashing

I know thats not good but I'm going to try to lose before the next convention .-.
I'm 5'7 so I don't wanna lose to much weight, but I want my cosplay to look really good
