I've been gaining and losing the same 7 lbs for a year now, and I really need some support to keep going!
I usually avoid the scale, but I got on it this morning and it said 141.5.
I've been bouncing between 137 and 143 since I put on weight in 2008 and I really want to get back down to my 125 where I look and feel great, but I have been sorely lacking in motivation!
I lose weight when I lay off the junk food, so that is my first strategy. I resolve to eat healthy today, no junk.
Help encourage me!
