[blackwing katsu]

Hi all im BBBBLLLLAAACCCKKKWWWWWIIINNG KATSU!!! and i need u guys help with a cosplay for a yuhgioh card i want to do for katsucon. The card i am attempting to cosplay is blackwing sirraco the dawn. If you want background on the card go to yugioh wikia. I am a 20 yr old male, im a little out of shape and if you see the pic of sirraco then you can see it shows his midsection so i have already started working out to do the cosplay, what i need help with is what could i use to make his wings claws, talons and his shield/breastplate and head piece??? any tips or direction is much appreciated.
