so i've been having plans to work on this guy for a while, and i have most of it pretty much figured out, except for a few minor things.

like, i know that for the leather, i'm probably going to use PVC leather or something, since i want that fabric-y feel to it when i take the cowl off, instead of the latex or whatever it is people use to make it rubber-y.

however, anyone have any suggestions on what to make the red jacket out of? it looks like it'd be thick, but i honestly have no idea.

aaand, suggestions on how to make the cowl? i'm probably just going to go with a normal Batman cowl look and take the ears off, but i'm worried that i won't get the smoothness that i'd like since i'm doing it with a more fabric-y type material.
