This is a great idea!
Food:

Breakfast:
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Veggie burger, in a flat bread (I know...I eat strange breakfasts, But hey! at least it's somewhat healthy)
Orange Juice

Snack-
Fruit Yogurt with granola

Lunch-
Ham and cheese sand witch
Fruit cup
Carrots

Snack
Odwolla juice (similar to "naked" juice)

Dinner-
Tomato Pizza (the kind you bake in your oven)
Asparagus
Broccoli with dressing, nuts, and cranberrys (Some type of salad)

Dessert-
Snickers candy bar
Exercise:
Not much today due to me not having p.e. today (stupid testing)But walked my usual two miles and sometime soon i'm going to hula hoop for a while

cut my finger yesterday so light workout today.
4X dumbbell rows
4X light pullups
maybe abs later

This is my overall summary of this week-end. Through Friday's dinner to Sunday's lunch I'm at my dad's house, So as you can see it's a bit harder to eat healthily there, at the rest of the time I'm at my mom's house and thats usually when my diet is at it's best



Friday:
Breakfast- Veggie burger on flat bread, with onions, lettuce, and tomatoes,
Lunch-Ham and cheese sandwich With peaches
Dinner-Cal zone
Dessert-Apple pie with ice cream

Exercise-2 mile walk (I wasn't doing much since I was sick)


Saturday:
Breakfast-Mini wheats (with milk)
Snack-Apple Slices
Lunch-Microwavable pizza with side of pickles
Snack- Almonds and pistachios
Dinner-Sausages with corn
Dessert-Weight Watcher's Ice cream bar

Exercise- Pool: Playing and swimming laps (One hour and half)


Sunday:

Breakfast-Mini Weats (with milk)
snacks-pistachios,pickles, and fruit punch
Lunch-sausages
Dinner-Sandwich (white bread, mozzarella cheese, Spinach, and tomatoes) with veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber)
Dessert- Organic peanut butter panda puffs cereal with no fat milk

Exercise- Pool: Playing, Swimming laps, And Running laps (yes in the pool, good work-out.)


P.S. I also had a bunch of cough drop/cold-eeze through out this time period

Peach yogurt with granola
Sausage biscuit

Lunch:
Ham & Cheese sandwich
Milk
Peaches

Snack:
Coffee
Vegetables wrapped in a tortilla (not sure what it's called)

Dinner: (what I will most likely be having)
Macaroni and cheese
Asparagus
Maybe fruit

Dessert:
Chocolate cupcake


Exercise:
Jogged (and walked a little) 2 miles
Walked 1 Mile
Played pickle ball (similar to tennis)

Yesterday:

Exercise: 30 mins elliptical, 10 minutes of cycling.
Food: Kashi bar, Golden Corral buffet, Salmon burger for dinner. Snack: greek parfait. Drinks: water and tea

Today: 20 mins elliptical, 10 cycling, various leg exercises
Food: Oatmeal, Healthy Choice microwave meal, Bagel+cream cheese

Been a while since I last went to the gym... I don't know why, I'm just falling back to my old ways. Which is weird since now I am acutely aware of the unhealthiness of it.

Got back on the horse yesterday. 30 minutes cardio,12 sets of 10 pushups and 100 crunches. My body aches, but I feel great.

back and cardio yesterday. More cardio and abs today. shoulders are KILLING me from upper body work the past few days. gotta let them rest for now

This forum is an awesome idea! Ima start posting as well (though most of my exercise routine has been put on hold to play nurse to my bf since he got his wisdom teeth pulled yesterday)

Exercise:
~Running: Lot of running around the house and down to the store to pick up stuff for my bf. Total 30 mins
~Sit-ups: Always try to get at least 10 a day. Completed that =)

Food:
~Mashed Potatoes w/ Garlic
~Mac N Cheese
~Minute Maid various fruit juices


I'm ashamed of the amount of starchy food as well as the lack of food in general. But the food was only a lack of me only eating what he could sos not to make him feel as bad about not being able to eat. Why must all the good healthy foods be too hard for him to eat atm >.<

Getting back to it. Since I'm on my feet walking/running around all day at work anyway I've started wearing ankle weights again. Also started practicing Jump Syle and Hardstyle Shuffle dances (not with the ankle weights on.)

Had a Greek Yogurt with peaches in it and a 10 calorie Dr Pepper and now working on my 8 cups of water for the day! Already did 15 minutes of Pilates and planning on doing more later and running with my app Zombie Run!

I'm gonna start postin here again. Alrighty, since it's a Saturday and I don't have anything better to do other than go on the computer and exercise *wink wink* I'm going to post consistently through out the day.

Wow...now that I look at it I have been eating allot less then what I was before.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Food:

Breakfast: Granola bar and Mango slices

Snack: Rasberries and yogurt

Lunch: Brown rice and stir fry vegetables

Dinner: Portabella mushroom stuffed with cheese and spinach, Asparagus, and mini potatoes

Dessert:Yogurt with raspberries, Pomegranate, and Granola clusters.

Exersize:
Swam laps for about 30 minutes (at 8 in the morning)


Hey! Would anyone here like to give me advice as to how I ate today? In other words, what am I eating too much of? What am I not geting enough of? Am I eating too much? Thank you!
