Mah, I'm horrible at keeping track of things...this would be wonderful to help.

Food:
about ten chocolate chip cookies (there was nothing else to eat at work)
two 8 ounce bottles of water

530 calories so far today (bad, I know)

Work/exercise:
Lifting laundry (all heavy bedding): 45 min.
Running around the house: 30 min.
Lifting client: 25 min (more than two hundred pounds)

I'll be doing pilates later on today, but for now, paperwork/going through forums.

Nice thread! It absolutely works to keep track of what you are doing. I have an app on my phone (Noom) where I log everything I eat and everything I do. It makes you very concious of all your choices and you will automatically eat healthier and workout more :-)
Yesterday: 30 min elliptical, 1 hour bodypump and 20 min of stationary biking
Today: 30 min elliptical, 1 hour of shape training with resistance bands, 20 min stationary biking
