I want to JOIN!!

Breakfast: half a baggel
Lunch: uh, propably 1/2 a cup of tariaki chicken and rice
Dinner: chicken quesadia
Snacks: lots of carrots, celery and peanut butter, and string cheese
(I just realized I did not eat much o.o' was not the plan)

Exercise: 1 hour poledancing class and 5ish pull ups

crackers, a stuffed mushroom
a bowl of mac n cheese with peas and tuna, more water

Today:

granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
fried rice, two cups of water
a donut, cheesits, a bottle of beer
pasta with chicken and broccoli, two cups of water
a bowl of pretzels more water

Exercise:
ran 6 miles at 9.5 min/mile pace

Judoka, we are opposites! I LOVE breakfast food and would eat it all 3 meals if I could!!! LOL!!

Ran/fast-pace walked 2 miles on the treadmill, took me about a half an hour.
Did the upper-body strength-training circuit that my trainer "assigned": chest presses, tricep extensions, bicep curls, shoulder presses, rowing, and a few other things. I just joined a gym, so I'm still getting comfortable using all the machines.

ThreeStories - no idea what's up with breakfast food for me. The only stuff I like is terrible for me, like waffles and french toast lol.

Breakfast-Fiber Wheat English Muffin (low-fat butter, cinnamon, sweetner.) And blueberry yogurt
Snack-Granola bar
Lunch- Sandwhich: Wheat bread, Swiss cheese, Lettuce, and turkey w/gatorade
Snack-pistachios and rasins
Dinner-1/2 Sandwhich (cheese, lettuce, tomato) Maceroni and cheese, and bell peppers.

Ugh, I lack exersize and vegtables. Not my best day, but on a positive note: I reached my half way mark, It's not much but I feel very acomplished, I have lost 25 lbs. in the last 3 months, Only 25 more lbs. to go.

This is me before at 220 lbs.

I can definitely see a difference BritAurora!

Food: A pack of ramen, 5 ribs, a pile of squash and zucchini, a scoop of potato salad, and dessert. Dessert: A lot of lemon pound cake, a slice of cheap strawberry cheesecake, and a few sips of this electric lemonade margarita stuff. Reminds me why I don't drink at all, but I was a guest and offered it and so I could not deny it. I need to start planning my meals better and I need to get back on track for exercise.
