@slapthefatcat yea I usually do about 1000. Started 3 months ago doing 150-200

Why do so many? I feel like it would be more effective to do less.

there's a crunch machine at the 24 hour fitness I go to, so I just get into it(250 at a time usually)

Practiced the Motteke! Sailor Fuku Lucky Star Dance and played Just Dance 3 and the Micheal Jackson Experience for about an hour or more! ^_^

....wow, compared to everyone else's workout that seems really....puny..Orz ;-;

I've fallen 6 days behind on Insanity, but I'm gonna do a couple of double shifts to get back within 3 days or so..., that's the plan at least

Max Interval Plyo right now, then Max Cardio Conditioning to REALLY push myself. Tomorrow I'll do Max Interval Circuit and Max Recovery

Wow, your starting amount is pretty good. I can barely do 20 at a time.

Unless your doing them for cardio I think its better to stick to 20 reps or less. Just make sure to focus on proper form and go slowly. (quality over quantity)
