21 mile bike ride in the morning.

Pull ups with 75 pounds between my legs around noon. (five sets of five)

A few hours of outdoor climbing in the evening.

It's mainly that I want to look good in cosplay that motivates me actually. I'm thinking, just one more mile, and you'll look even more awesome.

Also I'm thinking more generally about trying to be successful in the "real world". In my mind I'm going just one more mile and then I'll look even more like a movie character/someone bad***.

ahaha just as I say this, I haven't posted in 4 days. Well I was busy at a convention(Comikaze Expo) this weekend so I guess that's an excuse. I never do normal exercise at a con(too tiring).

9 minute warm-up. Brisk walk, keep arms moving above heart.
weights.
heavy weight bag- 2 minutes ( I'm just learning how to work in a punching bag into my work outs. I looked up and the recommendation is 3 minutes of this! not 2. I'm working on this and will improve with each set)
30 lbs single arm rows (3 sets of 5)
30 squats
Gluts flutter kicks 3 reps of 15( I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS! http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercise.../flutter-kicks)
5 lb Lateral raise 3 sets of 10 (I've got weak-ass shoulders)
80 crunches (no added weights yet, this is still difficult to do.)
35 minute cardio ( speed of 3.9 and incline of 11.5)
5 minute cool down

I've been visiting my parents, which always throws off my exercise, but I'm back now. Ran yesterday and today, did crunches today.

30 lb barbell chest press - 2 sets 20 reps
18 lb bicep curl - 2 sets 20 reps

Phase 2:
80 lb barbell chestpress - 2 sets, 15 reps
25 lb dumbbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 15 reps
25 lb pec flies - 2 sets, 15 reps
10 pilate pushups

Phase 3:
95 lb barbell chestpress - 2 sets, 13 reps
35 lb dumbbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 13 reps

Did my usual run today, but I'm going to have to start focusing more on core and strength workouts. Gotta get some definition if I'm going to pull off midriff-baring and totally ripped Carmelita and Hepzibah!
