No exercise. Resting, I'm pretty sick today. . .
Food: Dinner roll, croissant with butter, some kind of sandwich with cheese and peppers (my dad made it, and it was surprisingly good), lots of hot tea and coffee.

Traveled today, which is not really exercise, but i'm super tired anyways. My family is on a ski trip so I will be doing lots of physical activity for the next few days, but also lots of eating ^_^. I'll try to keep better track of what I eat tomorrow.

This is my first post here, and I've been logging my food and workout intake since...yesterday. So here's what I did on the 3rd:

Breakfast: 6 oz. 1% milk, 2 scrambled eggs with pepper and cheese, 2 buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup
Lunch: 4 oz. cran-grape juice, 1 c. "fiesta chicken tortilla soup", 1/2 turkey and cheddar sandwich on whole wheat bread
Snack: 1 1/2 c. bing cherries
Dinner: 8 oz. 1% milk, 3/4 c. brown rice, 1 c. steamed broccoli, 5 oz. pan-seared chicken breast (cooked with extra virgin olive oil)
Other: herbal green tea with honey (8 oz., 1/2 tbsp honey), too much water to count

Workout: (It may not seem like a lot, but this program kicked my butt) P90X: Yoga X (95 min. program)

Aw, thank you! I barely made it but I did! I was so excited. Then it caught up to me and I had to slow to a fast walk. *laughs*

Hehe, but I thought skiing is a work out? You're family is awesome.

Exercise:
Normal push-ups - 2 sets of 15 reps,
Twist sit-ups -- 2 sets of 15,
Sit-ups - 2 sets of 50,
Lunges - 2 sets of 25,
Front-kick Lunges - 2 sets of 10,
2 mile jogging,

I stop working out for just four days and I felt so depressed. I think I adrenaline-crashed hard or something. I'm definitely going to make sure to to do some sit-ups or a little bit of jogging on my days off.

Food:
Breakfast: Chicken soup with steamed rice, two granola bars, lots of water, an apple,
Lunch: BBQ Pork with steamed rice! Lots of water, an apple and one granola bar,
Dinner: A small bowl of Honey Walnut Oates with milk, an apple, lots of water,

Something that I found helped me watch my weight is that my bf and I have a "something new night", we've been cutting the junk food in order to afford the ingredients for the new recipe. Last night we had scrambled eggs with cactus in it. We try for once a week, but minimum is once a month.

That sounds like a really interesting way to do eggs, and an awesome sounding idea. Something new night. I'll store that for later
