this morning:

21 mile bike ride in the morning.

9 minute warm-up. Brisk walk, keep arms moving above heart.
weights. heavy weight bag- 2 minutes ( I'm just learning how to work in a punching bag into my work outs. I looked up and the recommendation is 3 minutes of this! not 2. I'm working on this and will improve with each set) 30 lbs single arm rows (3 sets of 5) 30 squats Gluts flutter kicks 3 reps of 15( I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS! http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercise.../flutter-kicks) 5 lb Lateral raise 3 sets of 10 (I've got weak-ass shoulders) 80 crunches (no added weights yet, this is still difficult to do.) 35 minute cardio ( speed of 3.9 and incline of 11.5) 5 minute cool down

I've been visiting my parents, which always throws off my exercise, but I'm back now. Ran yesterday and today, did crunches today.
