This morning I got my cardio in on the treadmill and bike, and then did a little bit of weight lifting. Then it's time for some yoga and squats, and maybe pilates.

Sakuracon was last weekend and I didn't workout while I was there, though all that walking was probably more than enough, also not eating much. I'm not worried about gaining.

I took Monday off to recover since I was sore from costumes and EXHAUSTED

Though it's time to really focus on diet and workout. I am going to start splitting my workouts and do arms, shoulders, and chest one day and legs and back another.

Tuesday:
25 minutes on the treadmill 2.6 miles
Dips 3x8: 128 lbs, 128 lbs, 128 lbs
bicep curles 3x8: 15lbs,15lbs, 15lbs
Vertical Raise 3x8: 8 lbs, 8 lbs, 5 lbs
Lateral Raise 3x8: 8 lbs, 8 lbs, 5 lbs
Shoulder Press 3x8: 15 lbs, 15 lbs, 15 lbs
triceps dips: 20 with both feet straight and on the ground, 16 with one leg raised (switching legs after 8) x2
Pushups 2x10 (my arms were so dead when I was done)

~40 minutes total

A bench bar wasn't open while I was there but I don't know if I could have done any with proper form since my arms were so dead when I was done. I could hardly do my second set of push ups let alone a 3rd. I will do bench next time I work on chest and arms

Just got back from my 5 mile run. Fastest average pace I've done in a while, which felt great. Now I've got to get my diet back under control. I was doing very well for a long time, but the last few weeks have not been so great. Gotta pick it back up and remember how important my goals are. Still got 10 pounds to go by bathing suit season. And although the exercise is there, it won't get me to my goal without the diet piece. Back to it!

Had a nice 3 mile walk with my mom today at the park. Then we did those little fitness equipment things they have at some parks. Learned that I really need to focus on my upper body if I want to do monkey bars haha.

I took Friday and Sunday off but Saturday I ran 2.75 miles and walked around quite a bit.

My normal day off is Friday but I am going to change it to Sunday so I can actually have a day where I don't have to do anything.

I also really need to weight myself and take new measurements. Its been over a month but I keep putting it off.

Today is chest, arms, and shoulders day. I will just do the weights at home and throw in some cardio. I plan on doing A LOT of push ups.

Haven't been able to work out in a few days, work's gotten the best of me on top of being sick.
Getting a new job and being swamped with homework is definitely overwhelming and has thrown me off track, so I need to focus more on my diet and exercise again!
Today I'm hitting it hard with some Zumba!!

Chest, arms, and shoulders done. I can hardly lift my arms

Push ups: 10
Diamond push ups: 10
Wide pushups: 10
Shoulder Press: 8 each side with 15 lbs
triceps dips: 10
repeat 3x (did 10 more regular push ups to put it at an even 100)

Bicep curls: 8 each arm at 15 lbs
Upright rows: 8 @ 30 lbs
repeat 3 times

Vterical rise: 8 each arm at 5 lbs
Lateral rise: 8 each arm at 5 lbs
Side tri rise: 10 each side (see below)
repeat 3x

Dumbel bench: 3x8 @40 lbs
normal arm circle 1 minute (30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backwards)
Large arm circles 1 minute(30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backwards)

Side tri-rise is where you are on your left side. Put your left arm on your right shoulder and your right hand on the ground by your left shoulder, feet out straight. Push up with your right hand, switch sides.

I did do 100 push ups but I did them on my knees. I can really feel it though. I would love to be able to do that many without being on my knees.

Ran a quick 3 miler on Saturday, then had the longest run of my training schedule yesterday: my first 10 mile run! It was really tough. Especially because I'm currently visiting my sister, and it's a lot hillier here than where I live. Like seriously. There's maybe 5 hills in my town, and my run yesterday was nonstop hills. I had to walk a bit, but it's okay. My runs this week will taper down (4 miles tomorrow, 2 Friday), then the half marathon is this Sunday! I can't believe it's already here.

I really wish there was a "like" button. That's great. 10 miles is amazing! Good luck this weekend.

Yesterday was my cardio day and I didn't do too much, just walked for 30 minutes on my manual treadmill. I didn't keep track of my heart rate but it is typically around 160 when I do it. Manual treadmills are very hard x.x

I am excited to do legs today. I am going to be bumping up the duration of my workouts from 30-45 minutes to 45-60 minutes. And my triceps are still very very sore from all those push ups on Monday, but I do not regret it. In fact, I am going to do the same workout on Friday 8D

Walked 4 miles (took an hour, ten minutes). What actually got me moving was watching DBZ Kai on TV. Just happened to be the episode in which Goku goes SSJ for the first time.

Thanks nikkiolie! I've often thought that myself. It would be nice to be able to "like" everyone's workout posts. Also, you seem to be working hard as usual. Good for you!

Slapthefatcat: excellent! That's some serious walking. Also, gotta love the DBZ inspiration. haha

Just finished my last run before the race Sunday. It was 2 miles, which seems so much shorter than it used to. Haha. Who'd have thought? Going to relax a bit today and tomorrow. Race is 7am Sunday. Fingers crossed all will go well!
