Exercise
Elliptical: 32 minutes
Crunches: 200 (50 legs vertical) (50 reverse) (50 oblique right) (50 oblique left)
Hanging leg raises: 10 reps (3 second holds)
Kicking drill: front snap kick, middle roundhouse, high kick (20 reps right leg) (20 reps left leg)
Jogging: 4mph, 15 minutes, 1 mile

Food
Breakfast: Strawberry smoothie
Lunch: Grilled cheese with turkey, pickle, coffee
Snack: Chex Mix
Dinner: Turkey burger, baked potato

Man, it's been a while. I've been working out just about everyday since break started, but for some reason I've been too lazy to write anything down. Unfortunately, school starts back up on Monday, so my free time will be cut back considerably.

The leg raises aren't technically hanging, I do them while supporting my upper body by holding onto this bar-like thing, but whatever.

My ankle is at about 95%. I have to wear a brace to taekwondo practice from now on, and I'm not sure if I can start sprinting just yet, but I'm much more mobile now.

Food
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Cream cheese and ham bagel, 1 liter orange juice. Ham, turkey, American cheese Italian bread Subway sandwich, 1 liter of water.

Exercise:
None, but I spent 11am to 450pm running around trying to find prop-making stuff, sewing machine supplies and shove in an undergarment appointment lasting 2 freaking hours at a specialty lingerie shop. @_@ I think finding a bra and fitting into it should be considered an aerobic exercise. I don't think I've sweated this much or had my heart pounding this hard since I started exercising!

Weight lifting and ab ripping! P90x style.

VERY difficult. I'm not used to it...so I did the best I can. I think I need heavier weights though. =/

I'm on day 3.

Today I didn't have much. I had a Nutri-grain bar with some Life cinnamon cereal. then for dinner I ate some black beans and rice with some chicken. Small portions.

I'm trying so hard. ;__;

I would highly recommend taking in more calories if your doing the p90x especially if your not used to working your body hard. Your energy level will be way down and you'll be really sore. Leads to missing workouts.

Even for those on the smaller side the p90x program calls for someone to eat at the lowest 1800 calories the workout burn 600 themselves as calculated by the program.

Good Luck with it

Exercise
Elliptical: 1 hour, 4.3 miles
Crunches: 200 (50 legs vertical) (50 reverse) (50 right oblique) (50 left oblique)
Hanging leg raises: 6 sets of 5 reps

Food
Breakfast: Turkey sausage and egg English muffin, applesauce, milk
Lunch: Strawberry smoothie with whey boost
Snack: Chex, pickle
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Chicken nuggets (4), fries
Snack: Cookie

I've got everything I need to start on costume number one for Anime North, so after I get back from the gym tomorrow, I guess I'll get started. I've got four or so people to sew for, and the guys' costumes are first, that way I have time to lose the inches I need to pull off mine. -_-

Breakfast/lunch: Tortilla chips.
Dinner: Eggs and sausage. Thinking about it right now is making me feel sick... I don't like breakfast stuff like that for dinner, at all. I mean, I rarely ever can ever STAND the thought of it; makes my stomach turn.

No exercise, except work.

Woot! -highfives- I did intense anime dancing for like 3 weeks for exercise! XD It's way fun and I now know around 15 Vocaloid dances as wellas the legitimate Carmelldansen.
