Work out today:

pretty much the same as yesterday [I'm going to post here every day so that I keep motivated]

60 sit ups
3 1/2 minutes of pelvic thrusting [it sounds stupid but if you lay on the ground and thrust up with your hips it's a really good thigh/butt exercise]
5 minutes of arm circles
14 minutes of leg exercises
1 hour of love & joy
1 caramell dansen
50 jumping jacks

Food:

Granola and yogurt, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a BIG turkey sandwich, two cups of water

applesauce with yogurt, two dumplings, more water

exercise:

50 mins on a treadmill. 8.5 min/miles with 1 1/2 mins of slow jogging between each mile.
I should note that I always warm up for 3-5 mins and cool down for 5-10 mins then stretch after every workout. Yay no injuries ^_^

I stick to my regular routine now

I'm 2 days in with no soda and 3 days in with the exercise.

60 sit ups
3 1/2 min of pelvic thrusts
5 min of arm twirling
14 min of leg exercises
2 rounds of caramelldansen

does work count? I was standing for 5 hours straight and continuously moving.

I walk up and down over 48 flights of stairs a day with 15+ pounds on my back 4 days a week. The fifth day is about 36 flights though. >:I
Though my weight doesn't go down, but it doesn't go up that much either. Hooray for consistency!

Exercise
Physical Therapy: 30 minutes
Jogging: 4mph, 1.5 incline, 2 miles
Jillian Michaels Shred-it With Weights: level 1, 30 minutes

Food
Breakfast: French toast, milk, turkey pepperoni
Snack: Tortilla chips, salsa
Lunch: Pita pizza, mixed vegetables, coffee
Dinner: Rotini primavera with balsamic vinagrette, feta, and tomato, chicken breast
Snack: Applesauce, milk, goldfish crackers

My aunt called me from Target yesterday sounding super excited and said she had a surprise for me. She's been working out for years, and uses Jillian Michaes' Fitness Ultimatum for the Wii, along with other things. So, she showed up with a new copy of Shred-it With Weights (on dvd) and told me to try it out, and that if I didn't like it she'd give me the Wii game.

I was sweating like crazy after level one (of 2 workout choices), and can honestly say the dvd is worth its price. It probably helps if you've watched The Biggest Loser, because seriously, I could just imagine Jillian in the room with me, screaming in my face, and that is some serious motivation.

Oh yeah, today was my final day of pt, and I will not miss it. My ankle is a lot stronger now, so here's hoping I never sprain it again.
