Caramel Corn and a lot of carrots
gravy fries with duck confit, three wings, two glasses of beer

Today:
A scone with two cups of coffee
a small bowl of mac n cheese
salad, strawberries, 10 crackers, cheese
A mug of hot chocolate, probably a piece or two of chocolate later...

Exercise:
12 nose to the ground push ups, 5 kamakaze push ups, 15 sit ups, 10 sit ups with twist.

Ran 1 mile, biked 4 miles, did 90 reps of 30lbs for the leg press, 60 reps of 10lbs for the shoulder press, 36 reps of 25lbs for the chest press, and 36 reps of 40lbs for the pulldown.

pho, a spring roll, a summer roll, thai iced tea
four pieces of frozen pizza, salad

Today:
A small bowl of cereal, a piece of toast with butter and jam, two cups of coffee
a Marie Calendar pot pie
mint tea

exercise:
Sit ups, push ups, 2x12 hamstring raises, 2x20 bodyweight squats, 12 supermans

I didn't do much today since I had to shovel snow off my sidewalk and porch. And shovel out four cars. But since it's already melting it really wasn't that bad.

But I decided I still had to 50 squats, one minute plank, 50 crunches, 100 jumping jacks, and 50 calf raises. It adds up!

two cups of cooked pasta with six meatballs, salad with caesar dressing
maybe a snack. we'll see

5 sets of sit ups and 5 sets of push ups. Ran 6 miles at a 10 min/mile pace

After some issues of sickness, injury, and a complete loss of motivation I hope I am back on track now. I was able to get up early to do a quick cardio workout before I went to work. I hope when I get home to do some arm exercises and do it all over again tomorrow.

Food: 2 cups basic salad mix with some "lite Asian Sesame" dressing, can of tuna. 1.5 quarts of water with a grape drink mix thing. Chicken breast and sauteed squash and onions. Quart of tea with Splenda and sugar. Cottage cheese with blueberries. Another can of tuna. Four root beer barrel candies.

My Plans for Tomorrow:

Since it's snowing and possible to get frost bite where I live I had to limit my exercise. I tried to jog on the sidewalks and I ended up slipping a thousand times and hurting my back too much. Though walking is okay; I only slipped once. :/ People really need to put salt on the sidewalks or something.

2 Mile Walk Outside
10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups (I do the crunch kind of sit up; my doctor told me to because of my horrible back condition)
Jog on the Treadmill
