Today was ab and cardio day! 20 minutes of ab exercises - toning and core work - and 10 minutes of cardio. It isn't much, but I'm trying to get at least 30 minutes in every day.
I'm currently doing Insanity as well, in conjunction with 7 minute abs or weight lifting. As well as doing Judo and Fencing as college club sports XD. I gotta say, Insanity kicks my ASS! It's really the only thing that has kept me in shape and only exercise I do that comes close to making me sweat like Judo. There's usually a good size puddle of sweat XD. Im finishing up week two and I'm down about 10 pounds, while also dieting, and have trimmed a lot of belly fat. It really does work wonders. And the guy doing it (Sean T) does a really excellent job.

Washboard abs here I come! :P

That's awesome, dude!! I'm so glad you're seeing results! I wish my college had cool sports... mine only has basketball and baseball. I'm not tall and I hate baseball, so I'm just out of luck there. xD
I want washboard abs!! I WANT THOSE MIKASA ACKERMAN ABS o_o

Anyway, did a loooot of arm work today. Why are my arms so weak D8? Whyyyy

Just started a beginner's routine so a "simple" workout today.
3 x 12 Single-Leg Reach
3 x 12 Prisoner Squats
3 x 30 second Plank
3 x 12 Inverted Row
3 x 12 Medicine Ball Throw
3 x 12 Medicine Ball Scoop Throw (aka Toss and Catch)
Like 3 reps of dumbbell chest fly and chest press. I was using a cooler as a bench and quickly found it did not work well.

I've been watching what I eat pretty closely recently and I know I have lost some of my holiday weight, but I am unsure how much. I know I am still above 210 lbs though because I was 204 lbs before the holidays and I know what that looks and feels like. My current goal is 195 lbs, then 185, then 175. But focusing on getting back down to around 200 first.

P.S. I'm sad because I wanted to wear my FMA military uniform to Katsucon, but the pants went missing. I really have no idea where they went. T_T

Hiya! The program itself is very good! The first time I did it I saw great results. This time I'm not doing so well because I work full time and have a very busy schedule... However even with me slacking I've lost 5lb since the start of the program. What I like about the DVD is that I find it's a ~middle ground~ between paying big bucks for a gym membership and streaming free videos off of something like Youtube. As long as you are dedicated to the workout, the money for the DVDs will not go to waste! You can start again anytime you want.

Just started BBG and man, I am already dreading walking tomorrow!!

1. Jump squats ( 3 sets of 15 x2)
2. Squats (3 sets of 10 x2)
3. Step ups plus Knee(2 sets of 24 x2)
4. Lunges (3 sets of 24 x2)
