Yesterday chest, tri and shoulders
Bench Press with barbell
Bench press with dumbbells
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raise
Flies with dumbbells
triceps extensions
triceps pull down
chest dips
5 minute cool down on bike.

Today is legs and back again!

I'm trying to work back up so yesterday was:

20 minutes Zumba
20 reps Kettlebell Presses
10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

I took yesterday off since walking was still difficult. I plan on working out today and resting over the weekend then getting back to my mon-friday workout schedule.

I think I over did it today as my legs and arms are killing me. Here is what I did today:

100 reps Kettlebell Presses
80 Kettlebell Push Presses
500 feet Kettlebell Carry

Depending on how I feel tomorrow, it might be a rest day.

I had a long shift today, so not much time to fit in exercise. I did go swimming for an hour, though. Going to take my dogs out for their evening walk right now.

I'm just going to join in here ^_^

Friday: Decorating outside of House (put a ladder in a truck bed because I'm short... lol), carrying in real honest-to-god christmas tree
Saturday Exercise: 7 hours of walking (Texas RenFest)
Sunday: Jack Poopy
Monday (Today): Carrying alfalfa and grass hay (seperately) 400 feet total, carrying in several totes of tree decorations. Running away from angry pregnant sheep.

Such totally, completely, utterly legitimate exercise >_>

Unfortunately I eat like a dumpster at night.

Hopefully I get a call from Ace or the other feedstore... I'd be moving feedbags aaall day long... le sighe, all that exercise.

Today I did cardio and stretching and minor resistance.

It was going to be upper body with a pullup bar but where I mounted mine as soon as I pulled up...it fell. (mind you I am a very thin and very light person...) so in order for me to use that...I need to find a more stable place to put it.

I might pull out the resistance bands or do some squats here soon.

Tomorrows lower body strength session going heavy.

olympic-style ass to grass barbell squats, 6 reps 5 sets w/ rest between sets ass to grass

sumo deadlifts 6 reps 5 sets w/rest between sets

weighted back extensions 10 reps 3 sets w/rest between sets

barbell split squats 10 reps 3 sets left and right leg. with rest between sets (left and right leg = 1 set)
calve raises 12 reps 5 sets for the win.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I was about to make a thread similar to this, haha.

Exercises:
Crunches (100): Completed
Biked to Work: Not today

Food:
Breakfast: Bacon and Egg on Plain Bagel, Venti Soy Caramel Frappuccino

Lunch:
One small pork bun.

Dinner:
Foot long BLT on Honey Oat with no cheese.

Comment(s):
I'm going to try to bike to work everyday that it's not raining and do at least 100 crunches a day. I hope to get some extra exercises in every day if I can. Work wipes me out!
I didn't eat any chips, cookies, candy, or have constant snacks today. The worst thing I put in my body was the large sugary coffee...
