Crunches (100): Completed
Biked to Work: Not today
Breakfast: Bacon and Egg on Plain Bagel, Venti Soy Caramel Frappuccino
One small pork bun.
Foot long BLT on Honey Oat with no cheese.
I'm going to try to bike to work everyday that it's not raining and do at least 100 crunches a day. I hope to get some extra exercises in every day if I can. Work wipes me out!
I didn't eat any chips, cookies, candy, or have constant snacks today. The worst thing I put in my body was the large sugary coffee...
