Food
Breakfast: bowl of frosted flakes Lunch:iced white chocolate mocha and reduced fat bagel Snack:iced sweet tea from mcdonalds and a small fry Dinner:small salad w/ caesar dressing and water Exercise Lacrosse practice: basicly a whole lot of running around with a lacrosse stick at different intensity intervals for 1hr45min Home lacrosse training: running around garage practicing cradling off-hand and tricks for alittle over an hour

Exercise:
2 sets of 50 reps for lunges, 2 sets of 45 reps for sit ups, 2 sets of 20 reps for squats, 2 sets of 25 reps on side squats, 2 sets of 18 reps on push-ups, 2 mile jogging, I will get rid of my stomach pouch even if it kills me. >_< Food Breakfast: 2 bowls of Honey nuts Cheerios, 2 bananas, 2 pieces of French toast, lots of water. Lunch: 2 pieces of roasted chicken with fist-sized portion of steamed rice, lots of water. Dinner: 1 bowl of honey Nuts Cheerios, 1 energy bar, 2 pieces of French toast, 1 can of Pepsi and lots of water. |

Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 peice of whole grain toast
workout: 30 min walk at a brisk pace, sittups, lunges going up hill on my walk, pushups feeling good today

1 piece of ham and 2 eggs 1 lean cuizen pizza 1 hamburger with baked beans 1 1/2 cup ice cream exercise. I went shopping for 2 hours with my mom

Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism: 45 minutes Food Breakfast: Peanut Butter sandwich Snack: Goldfish grahams Lunch: Feta and spinach wrap, 1/2 grande cafe vanilla frappucino Snack: Pita pizza with turkey pepperoni Dinner: Turkey sub I mistakenly ordered a frappucino instead of a cappucino at Starbucks today, so I ended up scraping off the whipped cream and only drinking half of it. Talk about a waste... I was drenched with sweat about twenty minutes into my workout, and it just kept dripping. I'm really hoping to see some concrete results from all the cardio I've been putting in, starting with my trip to the doctor's office tomorrow.

food:
Two mini granola bars a cup of water an energy gel, a quarter cup of energy drink, a cup of frozen yogurt, three cups of water a club sandwich, some chips, two cups of water four squares of pizza, bread and cheese, salad, a glass of wine, two cups of water a glass of orange juice, more water exercise: PHOENIX HALF-MARATHON! WOOO! I averaged a 9.4 min mile pace. I was hoping for 9 min/miles but I didn't think to add incline on my treadmill during my training so I was a little slower on the ground. I beat my old time by 10 minutes though ^_^ happy times. |

exercise - 30 min long jump training - 50 sit ups - 10 min streches - Carmelldansen ![]() food wise I have know clue

Just thought I'd share I got to try weighted chin-ups for the first time yesterday. ~35lbs was the sweet spot for that, to hit my rep numbers. Was fun, and rather satisfying.
I look forward to the day when I can do a 45lb plate, and then, at some point, 2 of 'em, lol. |

Helped my Uncle move on Saturday which is EXERCISE ENOUGH.
I also fell down the stairs so I have to let my back heal, which means I need to make a temporary regiment for the next week until the throbbing goes away.

Food: bowl of cereal with milk, cup of coffee with cream and sugar, half of a burito (which should equate to 1 it was HUGE!) and a glass of diet coke, ate some gummy bears which gave me a stomach ach, and no dinner yet
Work out: none really, walked around with my friend at the mall later tonight situps and pushups before bed today was a girls day but i'm already starting to see a difference in my torso, over the last few days i've been on a constant workout regiment and i can already see my stomach start to flatten a bit...
