I look forward to the day when I can do chin-ups period! I think my freshman year of college after a year of weight lifting I could do 2. Bah!
Good work though, I would always stare enviously at the guys doing those at my gym.

Today, I kinda went blech on my diet.

7 slices of Little Ceaser's cheese pizza, 6 cheesy sticks, and I had some chips and pretzlse at home. However, I did do 70 pushups and 140 situps, which is my usual daily ritual and 30 songs of heavy DDR that equal to 7000+ steps altogether. I was mad for getting a B on Trigger heavy when I usually A it. >_<

I usually have a 1800-calorie diet and exercise during the day, but I went over 2500 calories the past two days, but kept it together with exercise. (probably since I almost ate nothing Saturday to go to the arcade)

Haven't updated in a while and I took last week off. But hit it hard last night.
Food:

Tortellini with tomato sauce
Pepperoni pizza, perogies and mozzarella bites

Pre-Workout: SuperPump250
Intra-Workout: SizeON
Post-Workout: ON Serious Mass Shake

Workout:
Barbell Bench Press: 155x8,165x5,165x5,205x1
Hammer Curls: 30x10,35x10,45x8,30x8
Decline Dumbbell Press: 45x10,50x10,55x10,65x6
EzCurl Preacher Curls: 50x10,60x8, drop-set(60x5,50x6)

Thanks! I like them better than lat pulldowns, but man they can be exhausting following deadlifts. By the time I finish both I tend to be beat and am only like 1/2 or 2/3s of the way through my routine, lol.

Thanks.

I'm actually feeling a lot better today, which is surprising, so I think i'll try going to the gym and doing some light back stuff.

Exercise
Elliptical: 2 hours, 10 miles

Food
Breakfast: French toast, turkey sausage, milk
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, goldfish crackers
Snack, Strawberry smoothie, trail mix
Dinner: Raviolli

I broke up my time on the elliptical today, though not by choice, into 3 sessions: one hour before class (8:00 am), half an hour around 2:00, and half an hour at 6:00. The last half hour was brutal, I was on a different machine than the one I'm used to, and it made me go way faster. I'd planned on doing some more exercise when I got home, but I'm trying not to kill my ankle so soon after it healed, so I called it quits.
