Excercise:
340 metres of swimming (12 ½ laps, one lap being about 25 metres)
Walking...a lot of walking

Food:
Breakfast: Sandwich and juice (original, eh? same breakfast every day...)
Lunch: Some chicken and rice
Dinner: More chicken, broccoli, pasta
Anything in between: 2 bars of chocolate, water

Food: 1 slice of whole grain toast, 1 medium carrot, a bowl of chicken and cornbread dumpling soup (left overs from last night), and left over chicken and orance sause and rice

Exercise: 2 sets of 8 pushups, 2 sets of 45 squats, 40 bicep curls, worked my triseps and went on a 30 minute walk at a brisk pace and did lunges. oh almost forgot did some crunches idk how many i didn't count but a lot.

Granola with yogurt and berries, a cup of coffee, two cups of water
a bowl of veggie soup, a piece of toast, two cups of water, a glass of orange juice
mac n cheese, salad, two cups of water
a cup of tea, a bowl of ice cream, more water

Exercise:
40 mins of jogging at 10 min/mile pace

Exercise:

On a weekly basis

MTWThFSat:
Foward curls - 20-25 reps
Alternate dumbell curls - 35 reps
Butterfly lifts - 30 reps
Squats (no weights) - 50 reps

TThSat:
Pushups - 25
Situps - 30

Afterwards, I go walk/jog around the neighborhood for 30 minutes

In terms of food I started just replacing a full lunch meal with a few pieces of fruit. I know my diet is terribad at the moment.

Breakfast: Pop Tarts and milk
Dinner: Carne Asada burrito

Stationary Bike: 30 minutes, 4.4 miles

Food
Breakfast: Chicken and rice
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: Rotini primavera with balsamic vinagrette, feta, tomato, and chicken
Dinner: Hotdogs (2), green beans

Thursday

Exercise
Stationary bike: 1 hour, 10 miles

Food
Breakfast: Peanut butter sandwich, milk
Snack: Strawberry whirl smoothie
Lunch: Turkey sub (6 inches)
Dinner: Chex
Snack: Popcorn

I do 10 minutes on a treadmill..

2 sets of 12 reps on a biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and abs machine(s). They're all different machines.. I go to a gym. After that I do 20 minutes on an elliptical and occasionally swim with my son.

Exercise:
2x20 push ups (3 modified) 35 sit ups, 60 obliques, 2x15 tricep dips, 50 ft of lunges, 30 squats, 12 & 15 reps butterflies (5lbs)
35 mins on a stationary bike at >90 rpm

Hmmm...This actually sounds fun to track.

Yesterday I ate:

Lunch for Breakfast (woke up late): Homemade pot roast and mixed baby greens, grape tomatoes, and celery. Made a vinaigrette to put on top of that.
Snack: Hummus and celery
For Lunch: Another salad and half an apple, followed by a cup of oatmeal raisin ice cream! YUM!
Snack: The rest of that apple.
Dinner: Got home really late from working out, so wasn't going to eat, but broke and made one more salad.

Workout: Elliptical for 20 minutes on "hills" and then every leg machine they had in the building. My friend invited me to her gym and it was massive!

Exercise!:
Forgive me for not knowing proper terminology. We did a few sets of 25 crunches.
20 minutes-ish of stretching (Oh gosh, I was so stretched out, it was ridiculous. She stretches us a lot. O_o)
1 hour of choreography-- not too much exercise there, I've been demoted...
Hour and a half of pointe.

I'm gonna be sore tomorrow.

Exercise
45-50 minute walk (about 1.5 miles)
following 10 minunte walk (another 1.5 miles)
5x 30 cross crunches
1.5 min plank
Para Para at a small event con in the mall. :3
(about 20 minutes)

FoodBreakfast: 1 Bananna 2 halves of a bagel with butter substitute. Tall glass of OJ
Lunch: Salad, rice, spicy chicken, and a glass of water
Dinner: Baked chichen, roasted veggies, and rice. Water again.
Snack: Watermelon, and granola.

Remember, when you exercise a lot, you need to replenish your body with the energy throughout the day. When you go for a snack, go for something healthy like granola.
I've learned this from experience. I figured I would cut back on my food AND exercise a lot. NO. I passed out in the middle of the street during my evening run and my neighbor found me. It is both dangerous in the fact that while outside you can be kidnapped, and that your body can and WILL give out on you.
