Since I went to bed early and can't go back to sleep, I did some belly dance moves and exercise.

One people like to call the tummy tuck, it's supposed to help control your ab muscles for belly rolls and all that but helps tighten them as well I think. Also did some shimmies, shoulder rolls, snake arms, etc.. and two short routines from practice flow on the Cocktail The Classic Cabaret Belly Dance Work.

I had a glass of orange juice but hadn't eaten anything yet as it's still too early. I'll probably do some more exercises later as someone who is acting as a trainer for me gave me a list to do which I started last night.

Chekcing in for yesterday

Exercise
Elliptical: 1 hour 30 minutes, 3.4 miles

Food
Breakfast: Roast chicken with potatoes and green beans
Snack: Strawberry-mango smoothie
Lunch: Hotdog, applesauce
Snack: Cocoa Puffs
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with turkey sausage
Snack: Goldfish

It's been a pretty rough week. I pulled an all-nighter on Tuesday to do an assignment I should have started two weeks ago, and ended up only eating breakfast and lunch the next day before passing out for fourteen hours. I was too tired to workout until yesterday.

My ankle's a little sore, but it usually feels better after some stretching. Hopefully it will be fine in time for tkd practice. There's no way I'm missing today, even if I have to sit out a couple of drills.

Checking in for yesterday

Exercise
Stationary Bike: 1 hour 24 minutes, 11.7 miles
Hanging leg raises: 3 sets of 10
TKD: 1 hour 30 minutes

Food
Breakfast: Cocoa Puffs
Lunch: Pasta with turkey sausage, wheat tosat
Snack: Strawberry-mango smoothie, almonds
Dinner: 2 hotdogs, baked beans, applesauce

Still having time management issues this week, and it makes it really difficult to make sure I don't undereat. It's pretty funny though, a couple of months ago, I would have needed to eat both hotdogs, the baked beans, and probably something on top of that, along with a glass of juice to be satiated.

Well, times change. Two hotdogs for dinner is too much for me now, I'm perfectly fine with one. I just have to make sure I eat enough earlier in the day that I don't need the extra one.

Ran for 40 mins

Saturday: a bowl of cereal, a donut, coffee, tortellini, a brownie, two bowls of chili, two pieces of cornbread, chips, a mini candy bar, jello, two cans of soda, water. I think this was the most unhealthy day of eating I have had in years.

45 minutes on a stationary bike at >90 rpm.

Ugh, because of the snow, I haven't been able to do ANYTHING! I danced for a while on Saturday and went ice skating today and walked around the mall...that counts, right?

Exercise:
Elliptical: 40minutes
Bike: 20minutes
Leg weight machine #1: 100
Leg weight machine #2: 100
Leg weight maching #3: 100
Food:
Breakfast: Half a bagel with some butter, and one cup of coffee.
Snack(?): Water... not really a snack, but I drank some when I went for my work out.
Lunch: A sandwich, a couple of triscuts, some orange juice.
Snack: One oreo. (I had to restrain myself!)
Dinner: Salad with bits of turkey bacon, hard boiled egg, shredded provolone cheese, and a little ranch on it with a toddler sized cup of sierra mist. (I made sure it was extremely small XD)
Snack: Half an orange, one oreo and a cup of orange juice.

Guess I didn't do badly today... I gotta cut out those oreos and that bit of soda though.
I've taken smaller portions of things lately, especially the ones that are horrible for me... aka: sweets and soda. I will hopefully end up cutting them out completely but I want to ease into the process ^^
