Food:
Breakfast- 3 egg whites with 2 pieces of french toast made with the leftover yolk and a glass of skim milk
Lunch- 3 of those kinds of fries that basically look like sliced up potatoes, you know, the ones that still have the skin on them? And a pint of 1% chocolate milk
Snack- Light butter air popped popcorn
Dinner- A small salad and a miracle whip and cheese sandwich with a glass of skim milk

I also had water all throughout the day and visited the doctor who said I'm doing well

So I've had some awesome workouts lately. Quite enjoyable and intense.

Wednesday -
Front Squats (never did these before, tough on wrists but kinda cool)
Leg Press - hit a new PR, 430 for reps, not that high but good for me
Calf Raises - Stop sets are awesome

Friday -
Deadlifts - I had hurt my back a few weeks ago and am finally starting to move decent weight again. 250lbs for reps
Weighted chin-ups - These are sweet. Totally intense. Got up to 50lbs for reps.
Biceps - Mix of 21's, inside curls and supinated curls

Some sweet workouts

Did my 5th day of Insanity today! It seemed easier, but my knees still burn like a thousand suns when I do it.

But I'm feeling great! My body feels stronger (that might be psychosomatic though, haha!), and I have a lot of energy. It's a really great work out though, I hope to start seeing physical results by the end of the month :3!

No exercise today. I walked yesterday. I tried to jog, but something is with the air because my asthma started acting up whenever I tried, it hurt. Today I was working so no walk...

Food: Half a gigantic nasty sugary doughnut. I should have stopped one bite in... That think was practically made of sugar and weighed half a pound. I also had two burgers and that's it. Oh, and lots of water in the morning. I'll eat healthier and be healthier from the morning on. (Can't say from tomorrow on since it's past midnight...)

Food:
Breakfast- A couple handfuls of cheerios, no milk
Snack- Light butter air-popped popcorn (breakfast was around 5 and lunch around noon, so)
Lunch- 3 egg whites with 1 pieces of french toast made with the leftover yolks and a glass of skim milk
Dinner- A small salad and a miracle whip and cheese sandwich with a glass of milk

Lots of water and crystal lite pink lemonade throughout the day

Exercise:
At my friend's for the night, so we only got in about an hour of walking, though a lot of it was sprinting because it's freezing rain and snowing and regular raining all at once and there were a lot of puddles
However, we plan to make up for it by learning some dances tomorrow

Food Breakfast was a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, lunch was a buffalo chicken sandwich with some BBQ chips and Oreos. I had a bit of apple sauce as a snack later. And dinner was a can of chicken noodle soup with some more Oreos. I have discovered that Oreos don't have nearly as many calories as I expected, so it was okay.

Exercise 10 minutes of bicycles, 68 minutes of dancing and 12 minutes of stretching.
