An hour of jazz (dance) later.

And then it was just ballet and jazz. I have fitness tomorrow. I'll do more then.

Lunch- 6 smilie fries, an apple, and a pint of 1% chocolate milk again, school lunch :/
Snack- Light butter air-popped popcorn

An hour of dance sounds like a lot to me.

Food:
granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
two fried eggs and two pieces of toast, carrots, two cups of water
chicken and rice soup, jambalaya, carrots, two cups of water
a piece of chocolate, a cup of tea, more water

Exercise:
70 ft of lunges, 35 sit ups, 60 obliques, 2x20 tricep dips, 1x23x20 push ups plus 3 modified, 2x15 butterflies, 30 bodyweight squats
ran 35 minutes at 8.2 min/mile pace with slow jogging between each mile.
I think my new goal is to be able to do 50 push ups in a row by my birthday in July.
