New to this thread; I'm a dancer, but now that we've had our annual show, I need motivation to keep up the exercise through the summer, so I figure I might as well weigh in here.

Food:
Small omelette
Turkey pastrami sandwich
1 bag of Cheezits
Souvlaki on pita

Exercise (torso and upper body):
10 minutes dance
2 sets of 10 pushups
10 middle split pushups, 30 seconds in middle split plank
1 minute back strength exercises
2 minutes forearm exercises
18 crunch variations (10 each)
2 reps of 8 torso twists
4 minutes butterfly arms and variations
10 battements each direction
10 minutes light stretching

85lbs- 7 reps
85lbs- 6 reps

Wide Dips
80- 9 reps
80- 7 reps
BW- 25 reps

Dumbbell Incline Fly
45lbs- 15 reps
50lbs- 10 reps

Dumbbell Pullovers
60lbs- 14 reps
70lbs- 10 reps

Good workout. Still a little off from where I was more than a month ago. Hopefully another week or so and I'm there. Looking to slowly add some more sets. For as long as my ankle keeps my from playing baseball I'm going to go heavy. Which our season was supposed to start May 11 and we finally had games yesterday. Ankle is still too messed up. I have an appointment to check it out Friday hopefully the x-ray comes back negative but I don't have the best feeling. Had a strange pain that only happened while jogging. Had no pain just some tightness doing lateral movements.

I find it funny how it's the Monday before memorial day and my gym is the most crowded I have ever saw it at the time I go. Normally it's me my workout partner and just 2 or 3 other people today their had to be 15 people there. Though I was a little earlier than usual.

half of a large chicken breast, wild rice, salad, three cups of water
a pecan and cookie dough sunday on frozen custard, more water

I'm best friends with my crosstrainer, 60 minutes work-out everyday.

After that, it's 50 sit-ups and as many push-ups as I'm able to. That's about 20 for now.
I also started doing some exercises again that I learned from bodypump. I quit the gym so I'm trying to do some of these things by myself. Mostly training for the legs.

food:
granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a chicken sope, horchata, a cup of water

Exercise:

I am going to start trying to take in a few more calories. I got a new job where I do a lot of lifting and moving around and my weight took a nose dive. 0_0
