I did a light workout at home before work, then managed to fit 15 mins in before class. This morning I did some crunches and used my Westie-Poo to do some chest presses, then at school I jogged for 5 mins and alternated between arm and ((mostly)) leg machines. And I did a lot of walking at work and on campus. And I'm thinking of doing some more when I get home from class.

I've logged my meals elsewhere for the day. I made two mistakes with macaroni and cheese (though, it wasn't as awful as I dreamt it to be).

As for exercise:

At 4 am, I got up, completed 17 minutes of yoga.
During swim class (advanced) completed 30 minutes of swimming.
After school, completed 56 minutes of Dance Cardio by Billy Blanks Jr.

Not bad. It's not easy, but it's life. Good luck to everyone else.

Thinking about switching gyms a new LA Fitness opened near my house and I get a discount from my work that makes it extremely lucrative having a pool, sauna, hot tube, showers and state of the art equipment. though I do love my gym and since I basically only use free weights being state of the art isn't required. So I'm using my trial at LA see how it goes.
