Exercise
Taekwondo: 1 hour

Food
Breakfast: 2 turkey hotdogs
Snack: Oatmeal
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: 2 turkey hotdogs
Dinner: PB&J on wheat

We reeeally need to get to the grocery store, I can't stand not having fresh produce in the house, and if I have to spend another week eating hotdogs and corn, I will scream.

I was so busy running around all weekend during Anime North that I only glanced at the schedule once or twice. Did you ever get to do your fitness panel? Also, sorry to hear about your cold, I hope you're feeling better.

Yesterday:
a bowl of cereal with berries, a cup of coffee, two cups of water
14 pieces of sushi, a glass of iced tea
a handful of chocolate fig candy, a cup of coffee, a cup of thai iced tea (made with skim milk sadly not condensed)
half a large chicken breast, wild rice, pork and beans, coleslaw, two cups of water
two bottles of beer

Today:
a bowl of cereal with berries, two cups of water
a bagel, a scone, a mocha, two cups of water
cheese bread, a carrot, a glass of beer, more water

Exercise:
30 lunges, 20 jump squats then 20 seconds squat and stay, 1x24x21 inclined push ups, 2x20 tricep dips, 2x15 supermans, 2x15 butterflies, 2x15 hamstrings, 25 sit ups w/weight, 10 seconds holding a still plank then 10 leg raises on each side, 2x12 abductors

ran out of time for cardio.

10 min jogging/running treadmill

5 sets of 5 bench
4 sets of 30 alternating curls (curl bar)
1 set of 15 standing tricep extensions
3 sets of 15 skull crushers

3 sets of 10 shoulder press (barbell)
3 sets of 10 flyes (dummbells)
1 set of 7 curls (barbell)

3 sets of 10 per arm one arm rows/elevated bodyweight (total gym)
1 set of 40 alternating arm punches elevated body weight (total gym)
1 set of 20 double arm punches elevated body weight (total gym)

one third of a personal pizza, a carrot, a drumstick, two cups of water
a chocolate martini, more water

Exercise:
ran 40 mins at 8.3 min/mile pace with slow jogging between each mile

Let's see...

Exercise:
- various wii games (wii fit, just dance, etc) ~1 hour
-Kpop dances ~30 min

Food:
-breakfast/lunch: 4 small pancakes, glass of milk
-dinner: tempura shrimp and fries
-dessert: medium sized bowl of original pinkberry w/ mochi and chocolate shavings

Workout:
Yogaburn 60mins.

Food:
Breakfast/lunch: Two vegetarian burritos with tomatoes, corn, lettuce, tofu, sharp cheddar, and a dollop of low fat sour cream.
Dinner: 1 cup ravioli with 1/2 cup sauce, 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese (yeah, I really like cheese...way too much).

20 minutes stright Zumba workout. My BF bought me the PS3 game for it as well as DDR. The Zumba one is awesome. Only played it a few times thus far, but it's quite nice. Works all over the body.

I fell out of exercising and watching what I eat. I had a realization just after dinner, inspired by xxxHOLiC. I, and only I, can change my habits. If I am not willing to do everything it takes to get rid of a bad habit and get good ones, I never will. And I need to keep it up for two weeks straight.

Today would normally be a run day, but I'm doing a 15k tomorrow morning instead. I have no sense of how well trained I am for this. I'd be ecstatic to run a 9 minute mile race.

-20 minutes of various ab exercises
-20 minutes of exercising on a rowing machine
-An hour and a half of crew
-30 minutes of swimming

However, as successful as I was with my exercise today (as compared with other days), upon returning home I had quite a bit of snacks OTL
