Food: cereal with milk, two cups of coffee, two cups of water 6 small squares of pizza, and two small slices of pizza, carrots, a glass and a half of fruit smoothie (frozen fruit, plain yogurt, a splash of juice), a glass of chocolate milk, two glasses of water three brownies, two cups of coffee, a glass of chocolate milk a piece of chocolate, four cherries, more water Exercise: ran 5x800m at 7.5 min/mile pace with 400m of walking between each interval. |

I just got back from an hour and a half of ballet, and am sweating buckets. I'm starving; I haven't eaten anything yet....but it'll probably be pasta. I have another hour and a half ballet class tonight sometime.
![]() I may or may not walk to the hospital and volunteer...which is more stuff on my feet. :P But if I do that, I'll end up buying a cupcake or cake pop.... Edit: I totally pigged out at lunch. I felt lazy and fat so I jump roped for a little. 50 with both feet, then 20 on each foot, then 50 on both, 30 on each foot, 50 again on both, then 40 on the right and only 32 on the left because then I tripped. I did Happy Synthesizer a few times in between somewhere. My legs can't really take any more........well, until ballet, later. Edit: Okay. I'm back. So. Three hours total of ballet, plus jump roping. After like two weeks of doing nothing (1 week for the AX, 1 week for.... ahm... i dunno, i just did nothing x_X) i went today to the GYM.
-Half hour at 7 mph (And i felt like a pretty well workout, so... that means i lost a little my endurance u.u) -Squat @ 190 lbs. -Deadlift @ 225 lbs. -Overhead Press @ 115 lbs. The food of today... Ahm... Well... --Breakfast-- A flour tortilla with beans. --Lunch-- Boiled white rice (A cup) A spoon of beans 330 grms. of grilled meat with spicy sauce (my mom did it, so i really don't know what it have xD) --Right now xD-- A yogurth light and i am thinking about a oats bar :P |

today- before work front and side lunges 30 min after work no warm up 5x5 heavy bench (same weight) 3x30 alternating curls (ez curl bar) 3x15-20 skullcrushers 4x20 one armed rows (total gym) 3x25 squats (total gym) 3x25 one arm alternating punches (total gym) 3x20 shoulder presses (total gym) kicks and striking combos 45min-1hour Last edited by Kungfufish : 07-15-2011 at 10:23 PM. |
