Today Exercise:
I have 1 week going to gym and making the insanity workout programm, but today the gym was closed so only did the video.

15-20 mins of dancing [practicing Happy Synthesizer yo!]

Food:
2 sugar donuts, glass of milk, water
3 Chipotle crispy tacos [w/chicken, lettuce and cheese], 2 cokes
1 cheese sandwich, a banana, water

I feel slightly better! And tired.
I danced for five and a half hours. I would like to go sleep now.
Also, somewhere in there was a bunch of crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups. I cannot do push-ups.

I started boot camp today. I'm so out of shape that I couldn't really keep up with everyone.
But I still feel like I worked out pretty hard. -_-;;

dont worry SakuraxTsubasa, push ups will come with time. Sukane, as long as you pushed yourself, that's all that counts.

before bed last night
10x20-25 diamond pushups

today
5x5 bench
2x30 alternating curls (ez curl bar)
2x15 skullcrushers
4x20 one armed rows (total gym)
3x25 squats (total gym)
2x25 one arm alternating punches (total gym)
3x5-7 butterflies and curls (total gym)
3x20 shoulder presses (total gym)

Sunday:
food:
granola with yogurt and berries, a cup of coffee, two cups of water
a 1 1/2 pork buns, two cups of water
4 pork buns, carrots, chips, two cups of coffee, two cups of water

Exercise:
ran 6 miles at 9.5 min/mile pace

Monday:
a day off
Food:
a granola bar, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, a cup and a half of coffee, two cups of water
half a desert bar, a roast beef sandwich, fries, two cups of water
crab cakes, salad, a rib, a piece of bread, three glasses of beer, more water

Today:
Food:
an english muffin and a dougnut, a cup of coffee, two cups of water
a turkey sandwich, salad, bread, a cup of water
salmon, bread, salad, a glass of beer, a glass of wine

Exercise:
ran around 4 slow slow miles in the heat

I forgot to post yesterday.
I don't remember what I ate, but I danced for five and a half hours and walked home which is around 1/2 mile.
As for today, I've eaten a bagel with cream cheese, a cup of instant ramen (don't shoot me!), and two apples. And I danced five and a half hours, which included....more crunches, and doing zumba for an hour--BAREFOOT. It's a terrible idea. Don't ever do zumba barefoot. (My sneakers are at my mom's house.)

This looks like a really nice thread !!
So Im going to use it :P
Im injured in one knee since last week, so today I only do 60 abs crunches, and eat:
Breakfast
Cereal with light milk and fruits


Dinner:
1 Tuna sandwich

Snack:
Natural yoghurt with cereal (Special K) and fruit

Normally I drink a lot of water, maybe today I drink... 2 litros :3

lets see tomorrow, I want to do exercise normaylly again

Welcome Leena, I hope your knee gets better soon.

Yesterday:
Food: a bagel, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a bbq pork sandwich, a salad two cups of water
half a piece of cheesecake, two cups of water
crab and lobster (milking the east coast for all it's worth) salad, a roll two glasses of beer, two cups of water

Exercise:
2x20 inclined push ups, 20 lunges with a medicine ball, 25 jump squats with 25 seconds squat and stay, obliques, 12 supermans, lots of walking

Today:
Food: three pieces of toast, two with nutella, one with scrambled egg, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a turkey sandwich, mac n cheese, an apple, two cups of water
the other half of my cheesecake
half of a large personal pizza, a glass of beer, more water

Exercise:
ran 40 minutes at 8.3 minute mile pace with slow jogging between each mile.

I am a bottomless pit when it comes to food lately. Good thing I do that exercise stuff ^_^
