I feel slightly better! And tired.
I danced for five and a half hours. I would like to go sleep now. Also, somewhere in there was a bunch of crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups. I cannot do push-ups. |

I forgot to post yesterday.
I don't remember what I ate, but I danced for five and a half hours and walked home which is around 1/2 mile. As for today, I've eaten a bagel with cream cheese, a cup of instant ramen (don't shoot me!), and two apples. And I danced five and a half hours, which included....more crunches, and doing zumba for an hour--BAREFOOT. It's a terrible idea. Don't ever do zumba barefoot. (My sneakers are at my mom's house.) |

So I´m going to use it :P Im injured in one knee since last week, so today I only do 60 abs crunches, and eat: Breakfast Cereal with light milk and fruits Dinner: 1 Tuna sandwich Snack: Natural yoghurt with cereal (Special K) and fruit Normally I drink a lot of water, maybe today I drink... 2 litros :3 lets see tomorrow, I want to do exercise normaylly again ![]() |

Yesterday: Food: a bagel, two cups of coffee, two cups of water a bbq pork sandwich, a salad two cups of water half a piece of cheesecake, two cups of water crab and lobster (milking the east coast for all it's worth) salad, a roll two glasses of beer, two cups of water Exercise: 2x20 inclined push ups, 20 lunges with a medicine ball, 25 jump squats with 25 seconds squat and stay, obliques, 12 supermans, lots of walking Today: Food: three pieces of toast, two with nutella, one with scrambled egg, two cups of coffee, two cups of water a turkey sandwich, mac n cheese, an apple, two cups of water the other half of my cheesecake half of a large personal pizza, a glass of beer, more water Exercise: ran 40 minutes at 8.3 minute mile pace with slow jogging between each mile. I am a bottomless pit when it comes to food lately. Good thing I do that exercise stuff ^_^ |
