I know I already posted what I've done this past week.
But in total, I've had around 27.5 hours of dance.
I feel somewhat better about myself.

State Fair today...

Exercise:
4 1/2 hrs of walking around the fairgrounds. Need i say more? x.x;

Food:
1 Starbucks breakfast sandwich (bacon, cheese, egg), grande iced tea latte, water
~3 bottles of water, 1 thing called a tornado potato (here's an example of what I'm talking about. It was so good ;w; ), 1 medium coke

On the plus side, I lost 5 lbs since the start of the month! -parties-

Worked HARD when I was working, at a seafood restaurant from 3:50-10:40 (don't make me do the math, too tired), did about 38 situps total (27 at one point and 11 at another), and 7 pushups. I need to get some cardio in.

Food - Two salads consisting of basic vinaigrette I made and romaine lettuce as well as two oranges, a bite of brownie mix, five cookies, a lot of water, and a glass of root beer. I did okay, all the junk food came in the end of the day (except the root beer). I was tired and I wanted cookies and the brownie mix was just sitting there. Oh and a double cheeseburger from McDonalds.
