Three hours of dance. Just got back from Otakon, though, so I felt reaaaaaaally weak and couldn't really concentrate, so I can't say I got too much out of that.

Yesterday:
No workout
Food:
two pieces of toast with nutella, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a frapuccino, two cups of water
mozerella sticks, alfredo, a glass of beer

Today:
granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
two fried eggs, two pieces of toast, an apple, two cups of water
three pieces of spinach pizza, two cups of water
chocolate milk, a piece of chocolate, more water

Exercise:
20 lunges, 1x20x23 inclined push ups plus 7 modified, 2x15 supermans, 30 sit ups,obliques, 2x20 tricep dips, 2x20 butterflies, 2x15 aductors, 2x15 hamstrings, 25 jump squats ten 25 seconds squat and stay

30 minutes on the exercise bike at >80 rpm

30 min of abs/obliques
after dinner
4X of squats (total gym)

today
4X of squats (total gym) with calf raises b/w sets
4X15 leg extensions
4X10 leg curls
4X10 single leg extensions
30min of kicking techniques
5min of knees

after lunch
total gym
4X20 abs
4X10-15 front raises
4X10-12 butterfly then curl
3X10 rear deltoid raise
2X10 shoulder press/front press

Today. I walked 1.6 miles in a half hour, did a Wii Fit body test and did the Leaner Mii fitness routine on the Wii Fit.

6-8am Freestyle Laps in the Pool (5 lap based interval training)
9-10am Go for a Walk
12-2pm Breaststroke/Backstroke Alternating
4-6pm Freestyle laps (3 lap based interval training)

Doc is very impressed at my dicipline these past three weeks, as well as my strides in incresing my stamina.
All of my sessions also start and end with 15 minute cool-down streching not counted into my two hours.

Wed, Fri, Sat - Walked 1.6 miles each day. Thurs - Walked about .7 miles, my stomach was not feeling great and my asthma wasn't happy either, had to turn back a bit early.

superset of 5X5 bench with 5X10 per arm dumbbell curls
3X30 alternating curls (ez bar)
2X20 standing tricep extension (ez bar)
2X15 upright rows (ez bar)
3 sets on ab lounge
~10 min on speed bag
total gym
3X15 one arm rows
3 sets of one arm punches followed by double punches
3 supersets of butterfly then curl
after lunch
makiwara board practice

Wed:
biked 40 mins, normal eating plus two cookies and some nuts

Thurs:
ran 40 mins, an hour of pilates, normal eating

Fri, Sat, Sun:
ran Saturday for 8.2 miles at 9.5 min/mile pace
I was camping so a lot of junk food and beer was consumed

Today:
Freight day at work

granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, a cup of water
two pop tarts, a piece of cheese, a frapuccino, two cups of water
pasta with shrimp, bread, a glass of beer, a cup of water
popcorn, more water
