Well, my real diet and exercise regime begins next week after I get home from vacation, but today I swam in the ocean against the waves for quite a bit...

Yesterday:
Food:
granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
most of a sope, a taco, a glass of horchata, a cups of water
frozen custard, a cup of water
five dumplings, fried pancake, tofu, rice, dry fried green beans, kung pao chicken, chicken with chilis, two cups of tea, a cup of water

Exercise:
went for an hour and a half bike ride

Food:
granola with yogurt and berries, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
chicken with peppers, fried pancake, two cups of water, a glass of milk
chicken, rice, salad, two cups of water
a glass of beer, more water

Exercise:
ran 4.6 miles. not sure of my pace

For the last week I walked 1.6 miles every day, today I did an extra tenth of a mile. Planning to add some strength exercises tomorrow. Food: Too much, but also not enough.

I'll be back to regular posting soon. I'm in moving mayhem at the moment. I skipped my usual Friday run last week. Sunday ran 4 miles at 10 min/mile pace to break in new shoes. Eating my usual meals.

I actually walked twice today! A little over 1.6 miles the first time (went a different route at the end) and another 1.6 miles the second time (the usual for me). I practically walked a 5k today!

Today
Food: Veggie Green shake and an apple for breakfast; work snacks are horribly unhealthy, let's forget I ate any. Pasta Bolognese for lunch (I love going home to cook!). Fried rice with celery, onions, garlic, and ground beef with cheddar cheese for dinner.

Exercise: Mobility stretches and 2k run. Still recovering from moving.

Two rounds of 18-hole minigolfing and about an hour of Kinect (fruit ninja, kinect adventures) today. Ate a 6 piece chick-fil-a chicken nuggets, a handful of goldfish crackers, Chobani yogurt and a grilled chicken breast wrap.

It was happy-fun-day at the beach, so I didn't do as much as usual.

Exercise: Leisurely swimming around in the lake on and off for 4 hours and then 20 minutes of bicycle riding on varied terrain.
