35 minutes of bicycling today where I was able to see a really, really pretty sunset as a bonus! The grass on the hill was dead (which made it all golden) with the sun just falling over the horizon~! I also did 15 minutes of calisthenics afterwards.

Did about 30 minutes of DDR today. Still so sore from fruit ninja, and I have a playoff hockey game on Monday that I need to be 100% for. Man...not playing DDR for a couple weeks really kills your stamina ><

I've been working on my shoulders at home with dumbbells for today since I don't normally go to the gym on weekends. My routine consisted of:

3x10-12 Arnold presses
3x10-12 Sitting Shoulder Dumbbell Presses
3x10-12 Lateral Raises
3x10-12 Front Raises

3x15 wrist curls

60 Wide Arm Pushups

3x3 Wide Grip Pullups (I am weak in the arms, so I can only do 3 without assistance)

Kept seeing this thread and figured it'd help me stay on track to start posting.

Food (so far):
Soup
Tea
Piece of toast

Exercise:
30 minutes of walking/running
warm up and cool down stretches
3-4 sets of crunches

Food (dinner):
Veggies or soup most likely.

And loooots of water and low carb/carb free drinks.

Uh 15 minutes of curl ups with a twist (I mean that literally, lifting one leg a bit and turning into as you go up helps with your abs) and about 20 push ups...

Walked 3.2 miles today (which just happens to be about the same amount as a 5k). Two separate walks of 1.6 miles though.
