Lifting/Anaerobic
Squats (3 sets of 10; body weight; 10lbs/15lbs dumbbells)
Concentration Curls (10lbs/15lbs dumbbells; 3 sets of 10 - haven't really lifted in a while)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press (10lbs, 3 or 4 sets of 10)
Pushups (4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2)

Cardio
Para Para/Just Dance 2

20 minutes grooming my horse (great arm work what with the repetitive strokes and circles) and 30 minutes of pilates.

Walked 7.6 miles today. Got sunburn from it. I went for my usual 1.6 mile walk but didn't feel like turning around so I kept going, and going, and going. The strange thing: I had to push myself out the door.

And I'm back!

Food:
a small bowl of cereal, a large chocolate croissant, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
two bowls of mac n cheese, greens, two cups of water
spaghetti with ground beef, two pieces of bread, two cups of water
a piece of chocolate, 4 yogurt covered almonds

Exercise:
ran 40 minutes at 8.3 min/miles

Reply 1000!! Anyone have any ideas of what I should do instead of my 1.6 mile walk since it's raining and a hurricane is headed this way? BTW my roof isn't high enough to jump rope in the house and my friend is borrowing my PS2 so no DDR for me.

15 yogurt covered almonds, 1/6 of a chocolate bar
two bowls of fried rice, a glass of milk
coffee, a buttered toast with jam, more water

Exercise:
a .6 mile walk to the gym and then .6 back home because the gym was closed. Another 1.6 mile round trip back out to campus. Couldn't run outside because of impending risk of hurricane. lol
